Electrolysis By JD

Lured by a Groupon, I bought a package. So I have been coming into see JD for some months now. He is professional yet kindly. And since, at one point in his multifaceted career he was a counselor, you can tell him anything (although not too recommended if you’re getting facial hair removed). And while he threatens to charge me if I miss an appointment (I do tend to run late, anyway), when I totally spaced one, he did not.
Most importantly, the treatments are quite effective. Since they are relatively inexpensive, they are also superior to waxing or threading! Compared to waxing or threading, electrolysis can be a bit more painful, especially if one is sensitive. But once one is done, one’s done. And one never has to endure additional pain on a periodic basis as with waxing or threading. Or the possibility that the hair will grow back darker or thicker or faster.
I am surprised at Samantha’s review as he almost always answers the phone, even if he is in the middle of a session. (If he does not answer for some reason, he does call you back if you leave a number.) That small annoyance is one of the reasons I did not give a 5 star rating.

Doesn’t even answer the phone. Called multiple times on multiple days. What time of business never answers its phone?

JD is knowledgable and patient. I have been coming here for over 2 months now and I can’t say enough good things about this place. I enjoy the conversation and my time here while removing my hair. Can’t wait to see the final result of my legs and underarm. Highly recommended!

JD is very knowledgable and kind. He is great at what he does. He makes you comfortable and works with your tolerance. I defiantly recommend him!

I was very impressed by Electrolysis by JD. He was very professional and takes pride in his work. Being in the business as long as he has, he is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to educate me throughout the process so I knew what to expect. To me, quality and great customer service is everything and I experienced both of those things here.
