This place is pretty crummy even as airport bars go. I chose it being near my gate and to watch the Seahawks game. Overall, bad choice as it’s dirty with disgusting food, and the TVs didn’t even have decent reception. The server was friendly(probably the only plus) but definitely there are better options at SeaTac.

Are you kidding me? I had to clean my own table then nobody wanted to take my order. Are you interested in my money? Well, been here 10 minutes after I cleaned the table. I guess it’s time to leave.

I’m exceedingly sorry for having ordered a cocktail. Hope you like corn syrup and high prices. Just don’t, sobriety is worth it.

Service was slow. bar tender was very flustered and I had to ask for bbq sauce twice before getting it ten mins later. Food was okay and beer was cold but took a bit to get! If you are willing to walk back to another restaurant than I would definitely do so, otherwise th is is really all you are stuck with at this end of the terminal!

Walk back the way you came. DONOTEATHERE!!! The server«accidentally gave away my food.» She didn’t tell me until after I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes for a French dip! Who interviewed and hires? Is there any customer service training? HORRIBLE!

Stuck at SeaTac as Southwest likes to mess with me. How’s that for narcissism? Southwest messes with everybody. Seattle Taproom is jammed and I have already experienced Africa Lounge so off to the edge o «A» gate I go. Solid draught beer selection(Red Hook, Mac & Jack’s, Local Ink) which helps my «delayed in Seattle» blues. The food is decently priced for a airport. Based off of my servers recommendation I went«Italian Chicken Sandwich«. It comes on a toasted sesame bun with lettuce, tomato, dill pickle and provolone with roasted peppers. The fries were beer battered and decent. The chicken was good but needed a condiment. The roasted red peppers brought little. I am full and the price was decent(11.95). Overall not bad

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve tried to go to this place three times. Each time I have gone there are people sitting and being served food yet they have the yellow sign up saying they are closed. Today I tried to walk in anyway, it was 5:25, I asked when they closed, she said 6, I said it is 5:30 and they said yes, last call is 5:30. I honestly don’t understand how they make any money.

Overpriced, the burger I ordered was very dry even with all the bbq sauce they put on it. Fries were delicious and my server was friendly. I guess what can you expect. Wanted to order some more food but guess my decision was made for me as the check was brought to me 2 minutes after getting my meal haha. Good.

No no no. I had 4 hours to kill after vacation and I was hungry. They not only got order wrong, the service was non existent. We had to get own refills and plastic utensils. When we did get to pay they short changed me 60 cents not the end of the world. I tryed to tell the server and she walked away. Food was not good and we should have not ordered. The server even said I dont like the chicken it tastes like the refrigerator.

I had some time before a connecting flight, and having never eaten before here, I decided to give it a try. Service was good — I was here on a Sunday morning and it was kind of dead in the airport, but they had open seating and took my order immediately. I ordered the pineapple juice which unfortunately was very watered down. The food arrived pretty quickly, however. The fries were pretty good — most places overseason their fries, but these fries were warm and crispy without being too salty. The mountain burger was tasty as well. My server was attentive and friendly and on top of things. For an airport restaurant, the prices were quite reasonable as well.

Gives true meaning to the reputation of airport eateries; too expensive, poor service, and barely tolerable food. Would have left but last eatery in concourse and next to my gate. Hope my four hour flight goes well after eating!!!

The food here was terrible. To make matters worse, the service was worse. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich and fries. After 20 minutes I got a pile of lukewarm nastiness and cold fries. After I left here to go find something edible I saw that the menu was exactly the same as another restaurant. Awful Next time I’ll stop for a sandwich before I get to the airport.

Terrible service. Just walked in 3 minutes ago. They had line queue system set up with a yellow sign business is closed while this sign is up. I went and entered anyway as my gate is at the far end of the A terminal near Mountain Room. A server walked right past me. I guess to take care of another person. I waited a short while and was finally greeted with we’re not serving food. Yet there were patrons with food and it is 237pm. I asked if you’re really not serving food and she stated they close at 330pm. I replied it’s not even 240 pm yet. And she replied we’re closed. Hours on website show service until 10pm. I guess I didn’t check what time zone I was in today…

Bad food for breakfast. Slow service. Overpriced. There is nothing to recommend this place. When I came the credit card machine was down. One watress. Took 20 minutes to get food which I had to eat quickly. Food was fair at best.

I had a decent Caesar salad and a pleasant waitress this was at 11AM. The experience was a good one though I didn’t expect much.

This was the«weirdest» airport restaurant ever. — About 20 minutes after I was given nachos — they said we are closing and started shutting the sliding gates. The weird part was it was at 3:00 in the afternoon! … my flight left at 4:30pm. So, I had to leave my nachos and I am starving… It was soooo strange! I paid about 20.00 and plus a 5.00 tip — I think I should get a refund for my half IPA and half nachos that I had to stop eating and drinking. — ugh. I expect alot more from Seattle. —- then, I looked at the reviews and Holy Smokes — this place has lots of issues. OMG! This place needs help… big time!

Short: walk somewhere else if you have the time Long: Didn’t have any drinks. The food is exceedingly boring. Their«special» BBQ sauce is lame. Exceedingly overpriced and the service was a bit below average. Wish I had taken the time to check Unilocal

I thought breakfast here would be a nice treat since I had plenty of time before my flight. But something really weird is happening in the Seattle airport. All of the food is the same. Literally. There must be a common caterer that serves all of the restaurants inside the airport because I saw the exact same sandwiches, salads, etc. at cafes with different names and décor. At the Mountain Room, you get a crappy reheated breakfast on a styrofoam plate with plastic utensils. It’s the exact same breakfast you can buy from the buffet at the Mandarin Wok for less. Exact! So prepare to be disappointed. And I asked for hot water for tea and my cup not only smelled like coffee but was not clean and had coffee all around the base from the last customer who used it. It was disgusting… and not cheap! Never go here.

Stopped in for pre-flight drinks and breakfast. We had the breakfast bagel and breakfast chibatta, both with bacon. Surprisingly good and reasonably-priced with sides of fruit. And Patrick is the man!

We went to the Mountain Room on our way out of Washington to Honolulu. We literally walked in right as they opened. The breakfast menu was very limited, consisting of an eggs and meat plate, a ham and cheese omelet, and two other things that I can’t remember. Cam and I both had the ham and cheese omelet, as well as he had a beer and I had a mimosa(yeah, that’s how we roll.) The service was great; the guy serving us had a great sense of humor and was on top of helping us. The omelet was average, and they don’t use real silverware or dishes; everything is disposable. For a meal that ended up costing nearly $ 30, I would have liked to have had real dishes. I don’t think I’ll eat another meal here, but it seems like a good place to stop for a drink on your way to the plane.
