I have moved about 15 times in my not-​so-​short life, and I can say without equivocation that this was the worst move I’ve ever had. I actually thought I was booking with TransUnited movers, but they brokered the job out to these guys. They showed up two days — TWO DAYS! — after they were supposed to, causing me to lose money on hotel reservations. They were supposed to give me 45 days of free storage (per TransUnited), but only gave me 30 days and then charged me for an extra month even though I should only have been charged for a week. They lost two boxes and damaged several items and even though I filed a claim two months ago I still have not heard anything. The other reviewer was absolutely right — avoid these guys at all costs! And avoid TransUnited as well, they claim they are not brokers but NW Relocation called them their brokers. And they were almost completely unresponsive to all the problems.

Avoid this company at all cost. These guys take customer neglect and general incompetence to a new level. They are incredible unresponsive once they have your stuff and do not provide any visibility on delivery timelines. Do not be fooled by the relatively low price and slick sales people. It’s worth paying the premium for a respectable moving company like Mayflower.
