Pizza Time

Jerks. I ordered online, and my credit card was charged. 30 minutes after the pizza was scheduled to arrive I called to check on my order. They were incredibly rude on the phone, and told me I must have faxed it to the wrong the location. I didn’t. I triple checked the location before ordering, and the correct location was on my receipt. They didn’t apologize, and they didn’t offer to help me. They just kept telling I must have sent to the wrong store and I was SOL. I just moved to this neighborhood, and guess where I’m never ordering pizza? Pizza Time.
UPDATE: Apparently they forgot to put paper in the machine to receive orders. Did anyone call me TWO HOURS after I had ordered? No. Did I get an apology? No. Do I have to call them tomorrow because they cannot fix their own f-​up? Yes. WTF? How can someone run a business like this?

Ordered online, easy! When it arrived at my hotel room it was HOT & DELICIOUS!!! I didn’t wait long at all for delivery and the driver was very nice!!! Better than Pizza Hut!

I ordered 4 pizzas. I was told 40 – 45 minutes. I called them back after 1 hour 15 minutes just to make sure it wasn’t forgotten. The guy (manager) told me, «I’m sorry, I just came in. So it’s not my fault. Call back if the pizza is cold.»
The delivery driver finally showed up after 1 hour 45 minutes. I paid and tipped him. Once We opened the pizzas, they weren’t hot anymore, it was luke warm at best. I called back and ask to speak to the manager. The lady hung up on me. I called back and the manager answered. At which point he told me that he doubts the pizzas aren’t hot. Basically calling me a liar. Followed by saying that he could easily just hang up on me and not do anything. After a little bit of back and forth he finally offered me a little bit of a discount.
I don’t think I’ll be getting pizza from this place again. Terrible service. Definitely not worth it.

My order was wrong and the pizza taste and quality us one step above 7 – 11 pizza. I gave them 1 star because the wings were okay.

Terrible pizza & completely overpriced if you don’t go with their «specials». I’ll never order from here again.

This place is a chain and ice gotten pizza from a few of their locations. They are always very friendly and accommodating. They’re so fast with their orders and you can’t beat the prices! $ 18 for an extra large pizza and cheesy bread delivery? Any other place would be $ 28 or more.
Their pizza is always great quality and their sizes feed us for a week! I definitely recommend this place!

Decent prices, quick, and good pizza. Only problem is it’s really only a carry out or delivery place. There are two booths and the only sodas are in cans or 2-​liter bottles.

I have ordered from this location twice. Friday ⁶⁄₁₉ will be the very last time. I understand that Friday nights are busy. I expect those nights for a delivery to take an hour. I ordered my wings and cheese sticks at 7:30. At 9 pm I called to find out where my food was, the girl I spoke to, was extremely rude, she went as far as to yell at me. Another 20 minutes passed, I called again, and was told by the same girl that it would be here «in a little bit» I said no, that’s not acceptable, it’s been almost 2 hours since I placed my order. Needless to say when my food arrived it was cold. I called back and spoke to a manager and he said «well what do you want me to do about it?» Seriously? I was told to call back today to speak with the owner, I was told the owner was not there, so I spoke to a girl who said she was in charge today, I explained to her what happened and she was very aloof and clearly didn’t care. She claims to have taken a message for the owner, but I’d be willing to bet that I won’t get a phone call. I will be sticking with their competition, what a waste of 25 bucks.

Quick, reliable, and good pizza!

Good pizza, good prices. Also very quick. Only complaint is that they only have two booths and only canned sodas. Definitely geared towards carry out and delivery.

We had pizza delivered to our hotel from here tonight, don’t waste your money. I think it is the worst pizza I have ever had and expensive too. I don’t mind paying for good food of any kind, but this was barely above edible.

Got thin-​crust sausage and black olives. Very very good! I’m really impressed. Food arrived quickly, correctly, and perfect temp. Too bad we don’t have one of these in Phoenix.

Don’t waste your money here! I ordered online, which I will say was very easy and had my food delivered. The delivery time was pretty accurate but when my food showed up it was all burnt. I can’t believe they would even serve this to someone!!!

My partner and I had just had a long flight and just wanted to relax and order some pizza. Seatac didn’t seem to have a lot of options but we found Pizza Time and thought their menu and easy online ordering system looked good. The pizza was delicious. It took forever though to come. They gave us a twenty minute or so window and it took over an hour. They had my number and never called but it turned out they couldn’t find the hotel. The pizza was not steaming hot but it was still good. Very thick crust. A bit pricier than we wanted because you have to spend a minimum to get delivery so we had to add toppings on to it.

Ordered a 20 inch pie with extra pepperoni, had it delivered to the hotel. Crust sauce and toppings were good. Very good

Love, love, love this place! Ordered twice on a Saturday night ONLINE!!! After having a glass of wine and deciding just to stay put and not drive, pizza sounded great! :) The salads are HUGE for 3.95 and we love to get the largest size pizza to warm up the next day in a frying pan, works awesome, just heat the crust then turn over and heat the top, YUM! We are enjoying lunch today on a Sunday! Thanks Pizza Time! See ya next time!

This is a place that if your out of hotel and money is a little bit tight yeah order a pizza here don’t expect anything great don’t expect anything special it’s going a little bit of sauce. But if you’re expecting something great and I would take a look at some other places here on Unilocal

My family and I had a medium sized pizza, BBQ wings and breadsticks… All tasted great! New favorite pizza place (:

We ordered delivery since we were staying at a hotel nearby and just wanted something quick to eat. The prices were pretty cheap, and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly our food was delivered. We got pizza and breadsticks. The food was good, not great, but pretty good.
