Nice to take a stroll by and a great view of Seattle and Harbor Island– nothing fancy like other viewpoints around city(like don’t go out of your way to visit– just a nice neighborhood addition). For a while the city took away trash cans and it was pretty littered. Much better now that back in place. It seems to be an place to come and park your car and do whatever is it you do in your car(neck, smoke weed(hello we can all smell that skunky aroma), nap, text?). I sometimes walk by at night but not if there at cars idling– still need to be safe. Big enough if you have a well trained dog, which I do not, you could throw a frisbee or ball for them, although not technically off leash.

Probably my favorite viewpoint in Seattle. Go when the sun is setting — absolutely amazing views of Downtown, Safeco and Century Link stadiums, Lake Washington and the mountains(check out the picture — speaks for itself!)
