My daughter and several members of her soccer team have been participating in injury prevention training since the beginning of the Fall season(September 2015). Overall, she had a great time and got a lot out of the workouts with Joe and Alyssa, their team has even continued training beyond the end of the season. Specifically for her, she has gotten stronger and her coach mentioned that her(and several other girls) reaction time was faster over the course of the season. We look at this training not just as helping for soccer, but as an integral part of her physical fitness and strength improvement as she plays other sports too. At the end of the first 10 session block, we received assessments comparing various activities from the very first session over the series and saw improvement across the board. We are looking forward to seeing even more progress over time. On a side-note, the parents have been so impressed with Joe and Alyssa that we are now starting up a «mom group». TBH, I’m a bit nervous as I saw how hard the girls were working, but the training is geared for ALL activity levels. I will post again!

This group has experience training everyone from sedentary individuals to college athletes and NFL pros. I’ve been working out with Joe since 2009; he’s incredibly talented – skilled at working with a wide range of athletes and non-athletes alike. Each set takes on a different muscle group and his exercise templates are always changing. He gives his all and inspires his trainers to do the same. I’ve now worked out with Coach Ariel for over a year and am impressed by his passion, perceptiveness and attention to detail. Joe(and has growing team) have been so successful(keeping clients for years at a time) that 3D Total Health has expanded its reach – running athletic performance, injury prevention and strength conditioning programs for youth around the Puget Sound. I’d recommend this group to adults interested in functional strength and fitness, as well as parents of youth aspiring to play high school or college sports.

Our Son looks forward to training with Ariel, Alyssa & Joe at 3D, eventhough they put him through some really tough workouts! He receives top notch attention, and is also given really good nutritional advice. The trainers have been able to help him strengthen his problematic areas such as his knees and elbow, by giving him specific exercises to focus on. We are really impressed with the progress our Son has made and highly recommend 3D.

This is by far the best place to workout in Seattle, period. After being a gym rat my whole adult life at local Gold Gyms, Pro Robics, LA Fitness’s and Denali Fitness — I have now experienced an owner run and operated strength and conditioning facility with top notch trainers and programming, where I could never go back to a traditional«gym or class» again. I have been training with Joe Palumbo(owner) for 4 years, and as I am approaching 40 I am in better shape now than I was in my 20’s and early 30’s. His strength and conditioning program meets my needs. I participate in small group(2 – 7) training sessions, and also still value a 1:1 private session weekly to continue to push myself and do exercises that are not ideal for a group pace. I workout with Joe(and most recently Alyssa(new, fabulous trainer who just joined the team, college athlete)) 4x/week. You may call this addicted, but I enjoy working out and look forward to this hour every day, even at 5am. The workouts are thoughtful and planned. Every day. I have never had a workout design«phoned in» and you’d think that seeing me 4 times a week that may happen. Joe and 3D total health brings it EVERY day. And lastly, it’s not just about a butt kickin(even though, that is what I love) Joe helped me recover quickly and safely from ACL reconstructive surgery, in record time and also keeps my low back(which I had surgery on 12 years ago) strong as ever. I follow Joe’s nutrition as well, which is such a crucial component to any exercise program. 80% is nutrition(in my opinion). I can’t recommend Joe, Alyssa, Ariel and 3D total Health enough.

At 3D Total Health you will find incredibly talented, effective and fun staff. I have been training at 3D Total Health for two years. I had excruciating back pain and was referred to Joe before potentially heading in for back surgery. Joe and Ariel have spent time with me tailoring the training to meet my needs and body function. Whether its a personal training session, or a small group class the staff is attentive to each individual. Its a really fun place to workout and I look forward to training every week.

These guys know their stuff. My son overcame a severe case of Osgood Schlauter knee pain and now has almost no discomfort and is dramatically stronger and more confident on the basketball court.
