If you are looking for someone to just cut the lawn then they may do the trick as they are priced reasonably and Marcus is friendly over email. Having said that I needed more care of the lawn and treatments to ensure weed didn’t grow and they didn’t help and Marcus went three weeks without replying to me. I may have been trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, but they didn’t work for us.

Just a quick update… the crew has taken care of my lawn four times now and they have always been so quick and professional. I’ve never waited more than 48 hours from the time I requested lawn service until the job was completed — and all of this has always been handled via email! Great for a busy lifestyle :) Highly recommended… still!

Customer service is severely lacking — every time I called about an issue with my service (there were more than a few…), I felt like I was bothering them.
The issues were related to pretty basic things like edging (they didn’t use an edging tool and it looks like they used a blunt object to edge our lawn… there was a huge 2 inch gap between the grass and the sidewalk), leaving large sharp pruning tools on the lawn where they could have easily hurt someone, and overcharging me (they charged me more than they originally quoted, but then changed it when I called to complain).
I’m giving them two stars only because they successfully mowed my lawn when I asked them to and the cost was appropriate for our small space.
