7-Eleven

Unfriendly staff incapable of answering basic questions. Did not participate in free slurpee day. Overcharging for items which can be found everywhere else for 15−25% cheaper.

Hopefully the owner sees this and makes a change…
I actually live in the neighborhood, I don’t even like writing reviews I’m usually totally against it… But the time has come that I must.
I go in there sometimes if I absolutely have to. Every time Ive been in or out of the building (both) younger employees never greet me. Both play LOUD music and talk on their phones the entire time I visit the store. Multiple times Ive been in the store and the employees will usually be in the back and not at the register!
One night I went into the store and the younger man working was beyond RUDE to me. Standing behind the counter telling me loudly to «HURRY UP» and «COME ON» I was beyond furious!!! The lack of respect is disgusting to me!
The owner should feel ashamed by his staff and the TRASH and GARBAGE all over the property! ABSOLUTELY NOT OK!!! DIRTY PEOPLE…
SEA MART ACROSS THE STREET IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL GO FROM NOW ON!

I would even rate ZERO if I had to. I don’t like to post negatively but this place deserved it. I live few blocks away and didn’t want to drive to the grocery store for milk and ice cream. I decided to go here and the rude cashier rang up the items. He did it so fast and I noticed that, instead of the listed price, he ran it up $ 2 — $ 3 extra on both items. I notified him and he put his hand on my face and said «too late», and brushed me away. I argued about the false advertisement and demanded the differences back. I said «if that’s what you wanted to charge to the public then don’t post false prices and ring it $ 2-​$ 3 more on your register». Finally, knowing he was caught and customers heard the conversation, this asshole gave my money back and he took back the ice cream while muttering things underneath his breath. RUDE! I used to live in this neighborhood from 2008 – 2010 and the customer services was great. Now, it is a place with shitty customer service and people will catch on. I believe he had done this few times with numerous customers. Please report!!!

I go to this 7-​Eleven sometimes because I have to. Otherwise go across the street to Seamart where they are very friendly and a small business.
The younger guy who works at this 7 – 11 is a complete piece of shit asshole! He is rude, rude, rude to every customer! I see him almost every time I’m in there, so people who say they get kind service must be dealing with someone else. Seriously I was waiting in a long line and he was so pissed and such a complete asshole to everyone. The other customers I over heard were like «what’s wrong with this guy?» He shoves your purchases back at you and if you dare buy alcohol, well I’m not even gonna go there.

This 7 – 11 I go to mostly because it is in a good spot, usually the service is really nice but on the random occasion, you can tell the staff is in a bad mood. A couple times buying chips they scan it and toss it back to you like there is unbreakable chips in the bags they sell, I mean really, who likes a bag full of broken chips? When I want that random slurpee I usually get some of the flavors I want because I’m the type that likes layers in a slurpee, but most of the time one or two are not ready.
Most of the time they wont give you your receipt unless you ask or they will be on the phone the entire time and not acknowledge you from entering to leaving.

I really like the service here. The guys are always friendly and helpful. I have come in here for some mommy fuel– known as «coffee» to non-​mommies– and had helpful service while trying to juggle said toddler with my coffee and the ridiculous amount of creamers I normally take. I’ve actually had one of the guys come out into the lobby and help me carry my five creamers to the front counter.
The patrons sometimes seem a little sketchy here. I always wonder if I’m going to witness a robbery (or maybe I’ve been watching too much tv) but I have to admit that someone holds the door for me nearly every time I come here.
The coffee is always fresh and the service is always friendly.
