YUM. This place is delicious! I visited for the first time over the weekend and both the food and service were great! There were five of us total and our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and was so tasty! The white truffle macaroni and cheese is to die for. And the pulled pork sandwich was amazing as well! Maybe don’t do the lamb sliders, as the ones I got were somewhat dry. But I did get four dipping sauces for my fries without even asking, so I was a happy camper. One of my dining companions ordered a wine, which was not to her liking, and not only did they credit the original glass(which I think any decent restaurant would do) but they didn’t charge for the replacement. Bottom line: good food, good service. Give it a shot.

I checked this place out for the first time last week, and I’m happy I did! It has a very unique interior and a really relaxed vibe. Food was great. Truffle fries were excellent, brisket was solid, drinks came quickly! I’d like to take out of town visitors here sometime to show the place off.

great food and cocktails are ok. What really makes this place great is the staff. Everybody who works there seems like family, and is very attractive! Its very unique, and not like red lobster. I felt like I was at a Nordstrom the entire time! Ps I would order the brisket ;)

Bartender came up to where my friend and I were sitting waiting to order drinks, sees my bottled water and accuses me of having vodka in it. I said no, because I don’t take liquor to bars. Which was why I was at a bar — they’re supposed to provide the alcohol. he then grabs my water bottle and stuck his nose as far into as far as it could go to try to act like he busted me for something I didn’t do to begin with and says«OHWOW, WATER!» …which was what I said to begin with. It’s a really cool place — but dude — cut the paranoia /sticking your noses into your customer’s water. Simply ask them to throw it away like a normal person if it’s a problem.

Terrible service! What a mistake to even go in. The food was ok, but there was attention to customer service. We witnessed laughing and show came amongst the staff, they were very focused on putting out candles for dinner, and giving each other back rubs, but we sat waiting for someone to come over and take our drink order for quite sometime. When we finally flagged someone down she said she guessed she could take our order even though we weren’t her table. Don’t waste your time on terrible service plenty of other places that are far better.

I have been here before, I like the dead animals on the walls. The service was just really bad today. The bartender took a shot with some people and I believe another drink when I was there. No one else was at the bar and it just took a long time to get a drink. I didn’t have a good experience, so I won’t go back. If I was with a bunch of guys, I wouldn’t care, but I was with my wife and crappy service with a woman really sucks.

Great vibe. Great food. Great drinks. Can’t ask for anything more. My friend ordered the brisket & soup. He said it was really good. I got the ½ chicken fried. The word fried scared me a bit because I thought it’d be way too greasy. But it wasn’t. It was really super good!!! It tasted like it was slow cooked on a BBQ. I l totally liked it. The waiter/bartender was a total jerk and gave a smart ass remark when my friend asked a legitimate question. He pretty much left us alone so we had a good time there.

I am usually skeptical of places with less than four stars but when we walked by we loved the ambiance and the crowd and the theme and it was crowded so we just went for it. I am so glad we did because this place was fantastic. The cocktails were amazing, we sat at the bar and the bar tender was working it! He was so busy but he was fast and very good at his job. The food was just as good. We got the cheese platter to start and while it was a little small, everything was delicious. Next up we had the Caesar salad, yum! And then the brisket sandwich. Get the brisket sandwich. I cannot even begin to explain how amazing this was. You will not regret it. Overall a great experience.

Given, I haven’t been here in a little bit, but my last experience here was quite nice. They have an extensive drink selection. Even one I remember at one time rotating through that had edible glitter in it… So for all you people out there that go «oooooh, shiny…» This could be your drink. Kidding aside, I’ve generally sat at the bar, so service has been good. I’ve heard sometimes it can be spotty if you are not seated at the bar, but I have no personal experience with that. It’s ll been just fine for me. Fries with truffle-y goodness? I’m always a sucker. I like the interior of this place. The vintage feel, the old looking signage. The fact that it says ‘prescriptions’ behind the bar. The mason jar lighting. Yep, yep, and yep. It’s right in the heart of Fremont near all kinds of other goodies, and in a cool old semi-triangularly shaped place. The building style is similar to what I believe you would call a ‘flat-iron’ building. Check it out! I’ll be back for the carby fries, bare minimum.

Really like this place, great feeling, only one down side — size. It’s pretty small and gets crowded, and the shape of the back bar isn’t very helpful, as everything is a bit wedged. Service was great, drinks were good, impressed with everything we had. If it’s not a crazy Saturday night, I would recommend going here without question.

Ugh, it pains to me deduct stars for a place I really like. Cool atmosphere? Check! Great drink menu with awesome drink specials(such as whiskey of the week)? Check! Food menu that looks promising(I’ve never actually had the food)? Check! Service that needs some TLC? Check! I’ve been to 9 Million in Unmarked Bills a few times now, so I can safely say I’m a fan! If you sit at the bar, you’ll be just fine. However, if you find yourself needing wait staff, you may be waiting a long while… You may be better off going to the bar and ordering your drink, then having a seat at a table. My buddies had to do that on more than one occasion. As for the drinks. Their menu is pretty extensive. They have this section called Boiler Makers which pairs beer or cider with a shot of whiskey, tequila or other liquors. My buddies had the Pablo Escobar which paired Negra Modelo with a shot of Hussongs. Let’s just say, after a few of those I quickly became the DD… I’m a whiskey girl(for now) and their whiskey list is pretty substantial, so I’m in a happy place here. Plus, they feature a whiskey of the week! Now if only I can get that person to pour me a double, neat, please…

The service here was very good, and the drinks were fine as well. The food, however, left something to be desired. It wasn’t bad, but not as good as we were hoping or expecting. The waitress, however, was very attentive and helpful. It’s a cute neighborhood but it wasn’t my favorite stop along our way.

A eclectic little joint in the heart of Fremont! I came here one evening with my fellow Unilocaler, Nicole B, and I am so glad we stumbled across this place. We ended up sitting at the bar first and later moved to a booth table, when more friends joined us. The bartender was pretty busy, which was unfortunate, but I do understand he was the only one working the bar, and the entire bar top was full. I ordered the«Hey Andrienne» drink and we got the lamb sliders with truffle fries to share! The drink was served up in a mason jar, and had a spicy kick to it with the fresh cut jalapeños. The lamb sliders were well cooked and came with a side of tzatziki sauce. The truffle fries portion was huge and flavorful! Overall, great ambiance and food, and will definitely be back to better judge the service. Definitely visit 9 million In Unmarked Bills if you are in the area!

«A very well-decorated rustic themed gastropub with delicious cocktails and eats however missed the service mark.» 9 Mil is reminiscent of a hunting cabin out in the woods. The wood paneling, mounted games, and rustic light fixtures made of ball jars completes the whole package and provides a very cozy setting perfect for groups and dates alike. It was a late dinner and we decided to stop by for a quick meal. We were immediately seated by the bar area which was a very comfortable seating arrangement. The menu list provided good food options ranging from small bites to actual entrees. The alcohol list was decent and offered a good selection for all preferences. I ordered the southern baptist, popcorn shrimp, and tofu pillows. The food was simply delicious. The popcorn shrimp was served in a parchment bag with a side of cocktail sauce and was still piping hot and crispy. The tofu pillows had a mild kick to it and the chili sauce was an excellent pairing. The southern baptist cocktail had a great blend of peach, bourbon and black tea. Overall, the food and drinks earns great marks. The wait time for the food to arrive to our table is almost non-existent. The time for us to place our food order with our server was unbelievable. The server never returned and after 35 minutes we decided to stand up from our chairs and walk over to a different server in another room to place our orders. This is the reason for the lowered rating. I will try this place in the future and update my review based on that experience.

Great place for a group HH! I have never been here where it’s too busy to get a spot or table(we usually come just before COB for work HH) and the service is always great. They have an expansive menu with wonderful app options. I love the olives and almonds, fries(DELICIOUS!), and have also had the sliders and pulled pork but am not as big of a fan of those. Drinks are strong and tasty. Décor is awesome!

Dog friendly patio seating. That’s very important for us and in the area we live, so worth mentioning first. Service was very good, and our orders were quick to arrive. Prices are typical, however, I’m still not seeing how 1HH item, the Mac and cheese, and 2 beers could amount to $ 25. I’ve had more for less before, just saying. And while the pretzel buns the lamb sliders come on are pretty killer(as are the lamb patties), the«house favorite» white truffle Mac N Cheese just didn’t do it for me. Seemed under seasoned and a little water. Overall, I’m willing to go back and see what else is going on with the menu. Especially with a dog friendly environment.

I was really expecting not to like this place for some reason but I can safely say that this is not the case at all! It gets pretty busy on the weekends so if you want to avoid the crowds(or…if you do want to join the crowds) plan accordingly. I usually hit this place up for mid-week drinks and dinner though when the atmosphere is fairly relaxed and not overly crowded. The cocktails are always delicious — they have a list of specialty cocktails that have hit the mark every time. They also have a good wine and extensive whiskey selection! As for the food, I have been consistently impressed. From the House Salad(add chicken) to the Pork Bites, round to the Grilled Cheese sandwich and everything in between!

Hands down my favorite bar to chill at in the Fremont area. They have outdoor seating which is great when the whether is nice and they also have a back area that you can reserve for private parties. Love the food, drinks and atmosphere. Of all the bars in the area, I’ve probably been there most. Definitely one of my go to spots.

Such a cool atmosphere. Service was alright, I felt as though they could have been friendlier. I felt rushed to order a drink, and it took a while for us to get seated. We almost felt like a nuisance when the place wasn’t really busy at all. Anyway, we were seated next to an extremely loud and obnoxious party so that dampened out experience but their selection of drinks are great! So exciting. Not only were the drinks good, the food was great! Surpassed my expectations. I had the pulled pork sliders with a cider. The plating was nicer than I expected it to be. The side salad was pretty good, too! Maybe I came in with low expectations since I have never heard of this place and walked in completely by random curiosity, but I would definitely come back.

Came here for a quick bite to eat. They have good happy hour prices and a large drink menu. Had their: — Bibb Lettuce Salad — Pork Bites — and their«house favorite» White Truffle Mac&Cheese Its a shame their food missed its mark. I was disappointed by their mac&cheese. It was watery(instead of creamy) & lacked saltiness. Fun quirky name but nothing memorable beyond that.
