I have used Ed Tan for mailing services since 2002. He has never disappointed us and in fact saves us each time. Over the years I worked a number of nonprofits in the Seattle area and always brought business to him because he’s always been highly responsive, dependable, and helped us find ways to save money on printing and postage — important for nonprofits.
Now that I’ve moved down to San Francisco and I’m at a new organization, we’ve had to call him again to help save us by getting our newsletter printed and mailed out on time.
I wish Ed had an office in the SF Bay area because I’d definitely promote him down here.

Ed is the greatest! I will be getting married soon and needed to have my wedding invitations printed. It’s a special sort of design that generally costs 5 times what I paid at the few places that actually did it. ASM was able to take my design and have it done within a few hours.
My design even needed a bit of tweaking and Ed was able to help me make it just right for the invitation.
I came right back to pick everything up on the same day and am really pleased by their work. Of course they showed me a sample before I left, but everything looked really great. I will definitely use their fast and competitively priced services again.

ASM Direct is amazing. Putting together mailings for a large nonprofit can be a nightmare! From designing the piece, pulling the list, etc… However the one piece I can always rely on to run smoothly is the mailing itself! Thanks to Ed at ASM direct. He is just wonderful. When I first started working with direct mailing companies I was full of questions, Ed actually took the time to walk me through the process and is always flexible… not to mention affordable. His knowledge and a strong customer service are amazing. Ed understands that pricing matters and he will work with any budget, treating all projects and customers as his number #1 priority. I swear he never leaves the office because his turn around is so fast.
