absolute clean

I’ve been using Joe’s carpet cleaning services for about 12 years. He comes when he says he will — no four hour arrival windows like some companies do – and he’s often here about 15 minutes early getting set up so he can get right to work. He takes kids and dogs coming and going in stride. He knows my pets (who are often the reason I’ve needed to call for cleaning) by name. He’s cheerful and friendly, and he takes pride in his work. I’m convinced that the great life I’ve gotten out of my carpets — 14 years and counting — is attributable to Joe’s carpet care. Beyond that, his prices are great. He’s a nice guy who does great work. I recommend him to others without hesitation.

I had this guy clean a hallway and stairs near my bedroom and a family room– work was adequate, not great. Areas of the carpet had odd texture like residue of something.
Before leaving he suggested I make sure carpets dried well before walking on them so I TOLD HIM I could leave patio door open to let I since my gate lid locked. At one point he made a comment about me being a rich woman which was very inappropriate and made me uncomfortable!
Later that same day I ran to the store and when I came home my jewelry was gone– jewelry cases and all that were probably put in a small travel bag I left out from a recent trip– it is missing too! Someone knew exactly where to look as nothing else was disturbed except my dog that was hiding and clearly traumatized! Hmmmm… Coincidence???

Oh yeah, and his business card has a different spelling of his last name than what is listed for BBB!
No choice for –5 stars, suspicious and creepy!

I first saw Joe’s miraculous work when I worked at a group home in town that had some of the nastiest old carpet I’d ever seen. He came in to clean the carpets and it was nothing short of a miracle what gunk came out of that carpet. I was sold! I’ve had him clean my carpets regularly ever since. I’ve referred him to many others, as well. He’s easy to schedule. Shows up on time. Reasonably priced. Nice guy. I trust him.
