These are not the guys that whisk away your car from the lot where you stopped just long enough to go to an ATM. I think they mostly work for insurance companies.
I was referred to them twice in two days due to car troubles. Both times they tried to fix the car (successful once) for a bit instead of just towing, which I appreciate. The drivers took care of my car and were polite and articulate; they were also quick to respond, so I don’t think they are starting out from way up North.
