Highly recommended! Patricia of Advanced Therapeutics Group is an experienced and gifted massage therapist and her treatments are second to none (I’ve experienced many over the years). However, Patricia’s approach to wellness goes well beyond the massages she gives-​she is truly passionate about helping her clients find a pathway to optimal health. She has helped me tremendously by recommending specific books, natural supplements and another health care practitioner when I felt confused and overwhelmed by my own health challenges. I can’t recommend her massage therapy and wellness coaching services highly enough!

In a few extraordinary massages Patricia Baird has transformed my body — Despite what plenty-​something years, gravity, and spinal stenosis have done to it! I can’t recommend her highly enough. She does more than ease the aches and pains, she does magic!

What a relief to be referred to Patricia Baird! Why Patricia? She has over 20 years of experience. On my first visit to her office, I was crying in pain from the affects of a car accident, and she gently — yet professionally explained my situation, calmed my fears, and suggested a plan for treatment. Although I am not out of pain, Patricia’s therapeutic care is helping me to recover. She has a wealth of knowledge and exceptionally gifted hands!!! Having had a lot of massages, I consider Patricia’s to be the gold standard.
You owe it to yourself to give her a try. And, she is conveniently located in South Lake Union.
