Aaron was a super star for what has been my 4^th purchase at Albert Lee. I am very cheap and expect high service. Every time I walk into Albert Lee I am impressed by the service and fabulous deals. Other places charge extra for install, hoses and delivery. These folks have straight forward pricing and information available.

This company provided the appliance for new construction that I now live in. Not long after moving in, I found that the freezer door was warped, so the freezer fills with ice and frost after just a few days. The repair was scheduled through a 3^rd party company, and it took 2 weeks to send someone, to confirm that the door was warped. Now it will take another 4 – 6 weeks to order the door. So, it’s taking 2 months with a «brand new» refrigerator which has a freezer that I can barely use.

Boy, did I mess up by going to the annual Albert Lee Warehouse sale! I bought a dishwasher and microwave/​vent. They were «orange tag» which meant «as is.» The microwave sign said that it was «missing the manual.» No big deal, right? No, it was also missing $ 60+ work of mounting bracket parts which was not disclosed and which I did not realize until we tried to install it. When I contacted the Seattle store, I was told, «sorry, tough luck — as is sale.» I asked for a supervisor and was connected to the Southcenter Store, Eric asked how he could make me happy. An Albert Lee rep then contacted Kitchen Aid and had them mail us the parts. The Seattle Store did not help at all — no customer service at all. Thank goodness Eric from Southcenter came to my rescue.
We installed the dishwasher, and my contractor went to put on the trim today. You guessed it — missing valuable parts. My husband went on line to order the two missing parts. Two screws will cost me $ 45 and the cover plate isn’t even listed. He will have to buy some metal and try to make one himself. Obviously, the warehouse sale was NO bargain. I would have been better off buying brand new appliances than going to that sale. I don’t have the heart to fight with the Albert Lee Seattle store again. I just will never buy anything from Albert Lee again. By the way, I put this review on the Albert Lee website and it has never shown up. So don’t be surprised to see only positive reviews, because they don’t post the negative ones.

Could not have gotten better service. Renae Martin went above and beyond answering my detailed questions as I made sure that the gas range I ended up buying was going to be super reliable. I wanted one that would last for decades with minimal service needs. She showed me their Blue Star range and it was exactly what I was hoping to find — elegant design with no electronics that would fail. It’s built to last, with high quality, very heavy cast iron, and the stainless steel exterior looks perfect after a year of heavy use. The burners concentrate the flame so it stays completely under the pans. It’s the perfect range for me, as a serious cook and baker.
It was expensive upfront but the service costs should be close to zero over the course of years, based on my research. And it’s built to last for decades, so should be far less expensive over time.
Renae was very helpful in making sure that all my questions were answered. The installation went well. And in the event that I do need service, I am very relieved that I can simply call Albert Lee and they will make the arrangements with service people they know and trust.
My old dishwasher is probably next to go, and I’ll head to Albert Lee when that happens.

I recently purchased a washer/​dryer set for my new house from Albert Lee. Our washer and dyer was to be installed, but right now it’s sitting in my bedroom.
The washer/​dryer arrived about a week after purchase with the installers. Our w/​d closet is on the third floor so we have a drain pan installed to prevent possible water leaks. The installers took the pan downstairs and told us it would fit. The machines were carried upstairs and when first attempting to install it, the pan was crushed. Clearly it does not fit, so their inital assessment was wrong. They left the washer and dryer uninstalled and told us we would have to call back for them to return to finish installation.
Well.being that I am 5 months pregnant, there is no way my husband can install a stackable washer and dryer himself.
We called Albert Lee asking to schedule a new installation date once we can get a bigger pan installed and they told us no. They told us we need to hire a plumber to do this for us, which is easily going to cost over 300 dollars. Albert Lee promises installation, however this is not true in my case.
I am very disappointed because we were promised a service which is not being provided. I will not bring my business back to Albert Lee.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home and are going through a full remodel and needed help with appliances. We went into Albert Lee a few weeks ago to purchase a dishwasher, refrigerator, laundry unit, and a gas range. Aaron Lynch helped us out and he was extremely nice and knowledgeable about their products. He asked us what we were looking for and our price range and showed us all of his favorites within our means. The best part is that he told us to come back in a few weeks when they were having their huge sale and we would be able to save a lot of money. While we waited, our contractor had questions about our appliances and I relayed the questions via email to Aaron on a few occasions. He was quick to reply and got the info we needed right away. We returned last weekend during their sale to purchase the items he showed us and the prices were significantly lower during the sale. It was a win-​win all around. We got beautiful new appliances at a fair price and had exemplary customer service along the way from Aaron. I expect delivery will be a breeze and we can’t wait to get all of our items set up within a few weeks. Thank you Aaron!

I never leave reviews… But this one is called for:
I had a busted washing machine, and I called Albert Lee (where I bought it) to get repair information and recommendations.
They gave me two authorized repair references in the city — but THEN, the customer service girl on the line also offered to email me some instructions for a little ‘trick’ that she had used to reset/​repair her own washer that was similar to mine.
This little trick may be available to find somewhere in the manual or online, but I never would have known to look for it.
It WORKED. And it saved me what could have been hundreds of dollars on a repair I didn’t even need.
Over and above — really impressed with the level of customer service.

Wow! Couldn’t be more pleased with my new appliances!
So shopping for appliances is something my parents did and not anything I looked forward to. After doing extensive research I found that Miele was the way to go for me. I went into Albert Lee Appliance and was pretty surprised at how busy it was. My assumption was that appliance stores aren’t the place most people want to hang out in on a Saturday during the summer. I was wrong. The good news was that I was able to take my time and look around. I guess a busy appliance store is like a good restaurant. When its busy they must be doing something right.
The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and took their time with my very long list of questions. I guess I helped out a bit kind of knowing what brand I wanted. In the end I picked out everything I wanted and even walked out with an espresso for the road.

Giving more than one star because we have purchased several appliances over the years for both the apartment building we manage and our home from Albert Lee with no hassle and great customer service. Giving only two stars because the recent experience of getting a wa/​dr delivered to a second story unit. We were told by the delivery folks that the stairs were too narrow and the old wa/​dr would not fit. The old wa/​dr somehow got up those stairs, do not know why they thought they could not go down. My husband and I were able to take the old wa and dr out in under 40 minutes with a small amount of effort. Please consider this when purchasing from Albert Lee, in the past they had no trouble getting a 30 inch stove into this same second story unit. Now with delivery of a wa and dr it seems like they are no longer willing to get a job done.

I just stopped at this store to see if they would price match a competitor. Despite the advertised guarantee, they would not meet the price. Disappointed.
I bought a microwave from them before and had a good experience. I had hoped to bring them some repeat business.

I just purchased a Whirlpool washer from AAron Lynch at Albert Lee Applicance on Elliott Ave.
I have not received the washer yet; however, I wanted to write about the 5 star service I received from Aaron Lynch at the Interbay store. Aaron was honest and very transparent in his interactions with me while i made the decision about which washer to purchase. he was patient and answered all questions and even steered me to a lower –priced model that was of equal quality. This is particularly valuable given that I am a female and do not have tremendous knowledge in this area. Aaron was trustworthy, direct, and very respectful!

I bought a gas stove from Aaron Lynch at Albert Lee Seattle. He was terrific in helping us to find just the stove that would satisfy everyone in the family. We told him how we all liked to cook, and he found the perfect stove for us. Then there was the question of protecting the wall behind the stove, getting gas plumbed in, and creating an electrical outlet. Aaron put us in touch with qualified and very helpful people to do all of those things. Best of all, he was available to answer questions we had after purchase. Yes, he actually answers his phone and emails! We had a minor problem with a stove part, and Aaron had a solution for us right away. I recommend Aaron to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant appliance salesperson.

Great customer service, Aaron Lynch helped us the entire way and was extremely knowledgable about all their products. Also, he never pressured us into a sale.
We ran into a hiccup after the warehouse sale when we had the incorrect range delivered, but Ken called and fixed the situation.

On March 7^th checked out Albert’s Largest Appliance Warehouse Sale in Washington State aka GIANT Mosh pit of appliances and deal seekers. This is one you want to come early for to get the extra $ 50 discount. How good were the deals?
Saved $ 200 off list price at U Haul price, customer next to me spent $ 7500 and saved $ 2000. Speaking of U Haul it was more time consuming to rent an appliance dolly then to buy a stove at the warehouse sale! There were tons of sales people very knowledgeable, 35 cashiers and the line was like Disneyland although it moved fast. Definitely recommend go early, know what you want and shop fast.

I was in the position of getting a new washer/​dryer set in September, had researched a bunch and even had my mind made on a couple of LG’s, but after a terrible experience with them (LG wouldn’t honor a 1 year warranty on a pair of expensive ear buds that broke within 6 months) and visiting Albert Lee, I was convinced that a whirlpool set that Albert Lee recommended was right for me. I had a great experience with them and certainly trust them with any appliance decisions. They explained that while they think LG makes great machines, they personally don’t stock them because of the terrible customer service they provide. I think that speaks a lot for the company and what they stand for. So yeah,… Say no to LG and go talk to Albert Lee! :)
PS, it’s been 4 months, and I love the set still, delivery and installation was done professionally though it took a week yo schedule out… They’re busy! Best part? I saved nearly $ 1k thanks to my rep at Albert Lee.

After a few delivery issues, we found that Albert Lee did a great job by quickly reaching out to us. They handled this in a professional manner and we can now enjoy our new washer and dryer as we expected to. We recommend this store

As a rule I like doing business with places that have been around and Albert Lee is such a place. We’ve had good experiences with them in the past so when a new built-​in oven was needed Vernon at the Elliott in Seattle location took great care of us in every way.
As it turns out Vernon is also an expert on rum but I digress… The tag team of Charlie & Trevor did a phenomenal job removing the old monstrosity and installing the new one.

Updating my review to reflect recent events. In a nutshell, I was incredibly unhappy with my dishwasher and convinced that I wouldn’t get any help from Albert Lee with the issues I was experiencing. However, Fernie called me up and essentially asked what it would take to make me happy. I told him that I wanted a Bosch dishwasher, not the Kitchenaid (piece of garbage) that I had originally purchased. We came to a completely fair agreement and Fernie saved the day. I’m in my kitchen right now and my new dishwasher is running — and I already love it. Thanks, Fernie! And thanks Albert Lee for taking extra steps to ensure that a customer is satisfied. I’ll return.

I’m in the market for a new refrigerator. I stopped by Albert Lee, and I’m very glad I did.
First, let me say that this is a review based on my browsing and planning experience. I haven’t yet made a purchase from any store, though I’m planning to buy one from here in about a month.
When it comes to kitchens, I’m not exactly a traditionalist. Instead of a kitchen counter, we’re getting a stainless-​steel restaurant work table: it’s super practical, and I love how it looks. (We’re pairing it with shiny purple cabinets and a teal linoleum floor.) So naturally, I have a lot of hyper-​specific questions about how fridges work.
The salesperson I talked to – I think his name was Eric? — was extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful. He clearly had a ton of enthusiasm and natural curiosity. He was instantly able to steer me to a fridge that perfectly met my needs. It was clear that he wasn’t trying to steer me towards the most expensive option; he really wanted to help me find something at a price point that would work for me.
I was also really happy that he took me seriously, and didn’t make any assumptions based on my gender or age.
Finally, I think it’s worth pointing out that the fridge I’m buying isn’t available anywhere else in Seattle. Albert Lee’s selection is second to none.
I’ll definitely be coming back here when I’m ready to buy my fridge.
