They may be closed for good. I was so excited to take my fiancé there but they weren’t at their alleged location so naturally I called their phone number. The guy said they were closed but didn’t specify for how long… this totally sucks! I really wanted to try them out!

Just came by and tried out an Alki Dog today. They just opened yesterday, and they are only one of two hot dog stands in the area. They import their hot dogs from the east coast from Nathan’s, rather than bulk Costco ones like some others in Seattle. I had one of their NYC dogs(they also do Seattle, Coney Island, Texas, and other styles) which was carmelized to perfection with some ketchup, relish, saurkraut, and curry ketchup. Only thing missing is the NYC-style onions and sauce, and I hear even that is coming. Definitely a good spot if you’re on the beach and want a quick bite to eat, and want it to be both delicious and inexpensive.
