Allroad Towing

This is absolutely the WORST company you could deal with, especially if time is a priority!
I have a small business where a short bus is required. The bus needed a fuel pump and broke down in West Seattle. I was having the bus towed to Goodyear Tire approximately 4 blocks away and the tow truck took over 4 hours to respond! Because of their lack of response, my bus could not be properly diagnosed before the end of the business day and I lost 2 days of business because of them.
The worst part is that this particular Goodyear Tire could not take care of my problem so it needed to be towed to the Goodyear Store on 4^th Ave S. I was advised to call this same company through a plan that Goodyear has and, on doing so, was advised by their dispatch that this would not happen today. Well, it went from bad to worse when I kept getting erroneous updates that the «driver was 25 minutes out» to «he had to change trucks for your particular tow» to «he is 2 miles away» to «he is 7 minutes away»!!!
Bottom line, they NEVER showed up, which cost me yet another’s day business. I ended up calling another tow company that Goodyear Tire actually trusts and they took care of my tow in less that 45 minutes.
I will be suing this company for loss of my business and time, so, PLEASE, do NOT use these guys.
I have convinced the Goodyear Tire service provider NOT to use these people as well.

Dispatched by my insurance company. They said they’d be here in an hour. After an hour and a half I called for an update and was told «15 minutes, 20 at the most». Another 45 minutes go by and I call again. I’m told «15 to 20 minutes». I asked where the tow truck was right now– it was leaving Kirkland to where I was in Edmonds. That’s 40 minutes under ideal conditions, let alone the rainy bad-​traffic day it was. I canceled and had to start the whole thing over again. Terrible, frustrating experience & complete waste of my time. Ask for someone else if your insurance sends you to them.

My car had a flat tire. I noticed many negative review here related to wait time. PRO TIP: i ask them to tow my car first thing in the morning the following day and the truck came Earlier than expected. Read these reviews with caution as i suspect many of the negative reviews here are from good folks who have let their malfunctioning autos wiggle bad vibrations into their brain. Some of them have become quite grumpy and their five-​star judgement has become clouded with misguided rage.
Sometimes automobiles break. Sometimes you have to wait for things. Remember to breathe. It’s all bueno.

My Hyundai broke down and is covered for towing under warranty. They called these guys and their estimated ETA was 2:34 pm. Almost 2 hours after the call was made. They had not made it by 3 something so I called and they said they would be there in 20 minutes. By 4 something, they were still not here and so I called again. She said she was calling a different driver and that he was only 6 minutes out. Another hour and I called again and it was canceled.
We had to call a different company that took only 40 minutes to show up. Total time of my life they wasted was almost 5 hours! Also, the dispatcher was extremely rude. I would never, ever let these guys pick up my car even if they would do it for free!

If I could give negative stars to this company, I would. Twice in a week they were dispatched by my insurance company (USAA on one occasion and Cross Country Motor Club on the other). The first time, they didn’t show for 3 hours (despite my being told an ETA of an hour). Their phone number constantly went to voicemail or returned a message of voicemailbox full (probably full of angry messages for them).
Today, same thing. Insurance company dispatched them. ETA of an hour. 90 minutes later when I called to find out what the hell was going on, the dispatcher was inexcusably rude. Then the insurance company called to tell me that this company’s truck broke down, which I’m pretty sure was just pure spite for my having the temerity to call and inquire as to what was taking so long.
I wouldn’t let them tow my car at this point for any reason. If you end up getting connected with them through your auto service or insurance company (many of these places refer through a call center owned by a company called Agero), you should immediately ask for a different tow service.
UPDATE: If you want to complain to the auto club/​insurance company roadside service that keeps referring people to Allroad Towing, the name of that company is Agero. They’re based on Medford, MA. They also do business as Cross Country Motor Club and they are the main call center for all of the insurance company roadside assistance services. They’re the ones that keep terrible companies like Allroad on their list.
UPDATE (12÷29÷15): Heard from Agero directly regarding my concerns and the poor service of the towing company they dispatched. They took my concerns seriously and addressed them in full and showed a genuine willingness to take direct customer feedback and act on it. My advice would be that if you get poor roadside service that’s contracted through Agero, that you notify them directly. They have over 30,000 tow providers. I’m sure they can’t perform quality assurance checks on all of them, so they need feedback from customers to make sure that the bad ones are weeded out.

DON’T PAY CASH! the driver asked how we were going to pay, we said cash. He said it would be $ 100.00. We stopped at an ATM and the ATM was out of order. We then asked if we could pay with a card. He said his credit card swipe wasn’t working and we could call this number and pay over the phone. When we did they said it was $ 75.00. HE was trying to take us for an extra $ 25.00 WTF shame on you. Plus like all the other reviews they were late. I’m reaching out to our insurance company who set this up (USAA) and canceling my roadside assistance with them, because of this shady company.

Had a scheduled appointment for them to show up through my insurance and decided it would be better to not call and not show up.
Apparently they only have one driver that can drive a flat bed truck even though they are listed to have 12 trucks and 9 drivers available.

Called in yesterday morning at 8:30 to schedule a towing. I was advised they would arrive at 9:44am. Perfect seems legit. I wait and wait. So I call about 11am. I’m advised the truck is just fueling and should arrive in 20 mins. «okay cool» 11:44am rolls around… I call back twice. both times I’m hung up on. What they don’t understand is I own an insurance agency. I’ve filed a complaint with their national insurance towing service and our claims department and notified 8 of our agents in the surrounding area. Its one thing to be late, things happen, its another to hang up on me twice. I called ABC Towing 206.682.2869. They had my car towed in an hour. Id recommend them. Ive also already been reimbursed by my insurance carrier.

Terrible! Left me stranded for over two and half hours till I gave up. Kept saying 20 minutes away when they never came. Not honest, not professional, beware!!! Would of gave them zero stars if it was an option.

These guys get consistent business from the local 911 dispatch, insurance companies and car dealerships. So they absolutely do not care about customers. The are unreliable, and are extremely rude to customers over the phone
After waiting for them to arrive for over 8 hours yesterday, I call them and the woman angrily yells at me saying the Insurance company is at fault and hangs up. When my insurance company calls them — they kept saying half hour to 45 min every time throughout the day.
Given my car was stuck in a garage and these guys are the only contracted tow truck who can access the clearance in that garage — my Insurance company reached out to them again. I had told the Insurance company that i had waited over 8 hours yesterday and have to be in at work by 9:30 latest. So please have the tow truck ready for me first thing in the morning. The insurance company commits to having the tow truck there by 8 am. Even though they knew the time I needed to tow truck — The towing company sends me a text scheduling me for 10:10 am. I call them to see if they can come sooner — again the lady on the phone yells at me, abuses me and screams saying she does not need to pick up my car, my insurance people are pathetic etc. and hangs up!!. My insurance company calls them to get this resolved and she tells them I yelled and verbally abused her and called her names.
As I am writing this review my car is yet to be towed and it has been over 20 hours since I have been trying to get this resolved.
They are completely unprofessional, but unless they lose their contracts with the companies they work with — they will continue this type of behavior as they have nothing to lose. I do plan to reach out to BBB

This tow company is unreliable and a liar. Call for appointment at 10:30pm said they will be there in 20 minute. Never came by. Then called them at 430pm. Said them came by and tried to call. Carol said they tried to come by at 9:30 am could not find car. … we didn’t call till 1030 dumba. will never use them again or recommend them.

The woman that answers the phone for this company has the worst customer service skills. Doesn’t answer professionally, is very short and hangs up before you get a chance to ask a question. Waited for two hours past the estimated pick up time. Estimated time was 2 hours and forty minutes from the time I called. So I waited for over five hours. Every time I called for an ETA, I was told 15 minutes. I will make sure that my insurance company does not stick me with this company again.

Upon calling my insurance company (State Farm) for a tow after my mini cooper was greatly damaged in an auto accident (I was injured when the airbag in my seat deployed on my left arm and the side airbag broke my glasses), I received a text message that I would be serviced by this company at 9pm.
An hour later, I called the insurance company to ask for an update due that the phone number provided to me did not accept calls. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and was assured a driver would be arriving at any moment. I explained to dispatch that I was injured and that my car was in front of a fire hydrant.
When the driver arrived at 10pm, he got out and started ordering my partner to push the vehicle and for me to get in and drive it. We tried explaining to him that the vehicle would not move because of the damage to the rear quarter panel and the wheel being bent against the rear axel. The driver got upset, proceeded to make phone calls, told us someone else would be arriving and he left.
An hour later, I called the insurance company to ask for an update. I was on hold for an hour when someone finally got on the line. She (dispatch) told me to put the keys in the car and leave. I had to explain again that my car was in front of a fire hydrant and I could not leave the vehicle due that I did not want a ticket nor a tow. In hindsight, that tow would of been faster.
The second driver arrived at 12am. We explained to him what happened prior and he made mention that the driver was new and not experienced. He had no issue hitching the vehicle and towing it to my parking garage.
At the end of the day; I was in an accident at 7:30pm, was injured, my car was on the side of the ride in front of a fire hydrant, the first tow driver refused to help and left, and another driver had to be called. I finally made it home 4 hours later at 12:30am.
Needless to say, this company is contracted to insurance companies and does not provide exceptional customer service to those customers, only those that call them direct. Most insurance companies/​policies allow for one tow in the event of an accident. If you can afford it, call someone on your own and submit reimbursement.
I am going to be filing a BBB complaint.

Paul from this towing company provided a great service in towing my car on one of the hottest day in Seattle. Very professional and positive. If I can request service from a towing company, I would definitely ask for Paul.

The first time they told me it’s gonna be 1.5 hrs, but didn’t show up after the designated time. I called them and was told that they need one more hour because their towing truck broke down. I believed them and waited another hour. However, the car still didn’t come after probably 1.4 hrs. I called again and the manager said two of their drivers called in sick and they are having a busy day and blah blah… So I gave them another half an hour… After wasting almost four hour with them I cancelled the service.
I just want to say that if you know you’re not able to make it then don’t make the commitment in the first place. Highly not recommended if you need roadside services

I needed them to move my car from one shop to another .3 miles away. They said it would take about an hour and a half, but it ended up taking 5. I had to call multiple times to get updates and the dispatcher on the phone was very rude to me (she also puts you on hold then hangs up A LOT). I finally got in contact to the driver only to have him be very rude to me too because they messed up the original address I gave them. Additionally when I asked if they could please call when it gets to the shop he said «we don’t do that», really? after being 3.5 hours late you can’t make a freaking call?
There are so many towing companies in the area you don’t need to do business with these jerks. This was the first and last time I ignore bad Unilocal reviews and go with a business anyway.

Be sure to check out their OTHER (All Road Towing out of Lynnwood) company Unilocal page which is only slightly modified but shows a different location. It’s the same place (phone number, etc) and it actually has 1.5 stars based on the real ratings, not these most likely false ones here.

I couldn’t have asked for better service from All Road Towing. When I got two flat tires this morning, my insurance company sent All Road Towing to my location. The ETA was correct and AJ called me on arrival. AJ graciously helped replace one of the flats with my spare and then patiently helped me get my car out of the garage onto his truck.
From there, I was planning to go back to my dealership, where I had very recently purchased a new tire. AJ was willing to drive me wherever I wanted, but advocated for another service that would give me better warranty and pricing. As I know nothing about cars and feel incompetent when it comes to these things, AJ kindly stayed with me as I decided which new tires to purchase. He definitely went above and beyond what was required of him and I can’t thank him enough for his kindness.

Paul was amazing he was the only tow truck company that was willing to come into my narrow garage and wiggle his way thru all the tight corners and did it without any dings to any car or mine. I also left the parking brake up so he had to open up my car to put down the break, he was super professional and courteous I would recommend him to anyone who has any car troubles!!!

If your looking for quick service, you may want to look else where.
My roadside assistance (Allstate) told me that the ETA is 1.45 hours. The tow truck finally arrived 3.45 hours later.
When I called to check on the tow truck status; the women I dealt with was a total B — h to me.
Besides reviewing them, I called Allstate and reported this issue.
