I just want to contradict the ridiculous one star reviews on this joint. The bubble (boba?) tea is very good. Their hours are pretty great as well. Now for the one star deduction. I agree that the customer service could be improved. When I called for their hours (they close at 8pm on a Saturday btw), the guy who answered the phone should answer «ambrosia», not «hello?». Once there, I found the people to be willing to answer questions and again, the tea is great.

I like this bubble tea shop a lot. Yeah, their customer service is not the best and they don’t always fill the bubble tea to the top on the cup but I like how it’s not too sweet and I can taste the tea and it’s not bitter (from the tea). I am boring so I just get the jasmine milk tea with boba and my fiancé gets the black milk tea with boba. I’m sad it has such low star ratings :(

The guy taking my order was smoking a hookah pen right in front of me and he didn’t even acknowledge my presence until I said something. One of the worst customer service I’ve had.

Everything about this location sucks. Customer service sucks assssss. Giving ambrosia a bad name. 0 stars if could. Take a extra drive and go to chinatown location.

Customer service here sucks! They are always running out of the flavor I want and Tapioca too at times. Service is super slow! Really wanted to give them a good review, but every time I come in it’s the same. I’d rather go to Tammy’s right across from them way better drinks and service.
