Andy was extremely helpful in providing me with information and advice needed to make a decision in my first auto-​insurance-​purchasing experience. I went into the process completely unaware of the terms and meanings of each sort of coverage, and he very patiently and knowledgably explained the details. He also plugged in numbers that gave me different amounts of coverage to see the different price points, and compared the average amounts with his own recommendations of what he would do given my personal circumstances to get the most «bang for my buck.» He emailed me complete breakdowns of each plan we discussed, then followed up about a week after to make sure I was satisfied. I very highly recommend Andy for any of your insurance needs.

Andy has done an absolutely WONDERFUL job as my insurance agent. First of all, he was able to double my coverage that I was getting with State Farm with paying the same overall rates for both homeowner and car. Second, he was able to walk me through a «sticky» situation a year or so before I switched to him with my then landlord. He wasn’t even my insurance agent at the time, but was able to provide me with the advice necessary to come to the best possible outcome when I wasn’t sure what to do. Overall, Andy is VERY responsive every time I need to get in touch with him and is always there when I need him, just like a great insurance agent should be.

Andy has been one of the best agents I have ever worked with! I just switched from All State because I wasn’t happy with their follow-​up. At the beginning of my transition, Andy responded in a timely manner and made the information I needed readily available. He walked me through comps as well as additional options I could do to improve my plan. The best part about American Family is that their rates were lower than All State and I increased my coverage. Since I started using Andy, he’s followed up with me several times to make sure I was happy with my service. I would recommend Andy’s to anyone. Thanks Andy for being so wonderful!
