I had Atlas at my apartment for about one year. It was the best year of internet I have ever had. for $ 25 per month I was able to rent my modem/router and get internet that was fast and worked 99.99% of the time. There were only two times all year that the service down – it was only down for about 1 – 2 hours and I got an email explaining the problem and what they were doing to fix it. I received personal emails from the customer service team, and I could actually speak to a person without going through annoying automated systems and waiting for 30 minutes. Such a great experience and I wish they could provide internet at my new home. I can’t wait for them to grow and hopefully allow me to ditch Comcast once and for all!

I’ve had Atlas for almost two years and the service was always great. Any outages were always taken care of quickly but even so there were very few of them. The rates are the best offered, I’ve never had throttling issues with them likes other companies tend to do(I’m talking about you evil Comcast). I’m sad to have to give them up but moving to a new apartment building is the cause. If I ever live in a place that uses Atlas I would sign up again with them in a heartbeat.

I’ve had Atlas as my ISP for 2 years now. Pros to their service include nice affordable prices for high bandwidth residential connections in the buildings that they operate in around Seattle. Unfortunately, while many companies strive to provide 99.9% uptime, Atlas seem content with somewhere around 90%. When the service is working, it’s phenomenal. Often times though outages to my service will coincide with their site being down as well which means you can’t submit a support ticket and without an after hours customer support number there isn’t much you can do but sit around and wait. It would be quite helpful if they actually made use of their Twitter account to quickly notify customers of current issues and to set expectations for when their service will resume.

Really great ISP. having only used comcast and century link in the past, my experience was amazing. affordable given the speeds you get, great customer service. Online CRM module means any issues can be dealt with via email and response time is super quick. Worth every penny. Wish they were available everywhere is Seattle.

Amazing company and first rate customer service. Service and price are unbelievable. I am happy that they are my provider and when/if I look for a new place to live in the future they will be number 1 on my list of requirements!

My wife and I are lucky to have recently moved into a Seattle apartment serviced by Atlas Networks. We have received great, reliable speeds at competitive pricing. There is also no service commitment or ‘promotional period’ rate structure like you often get from the other guys. Their customer service has been outstanding throughout the duration of our service, and any issues that we’ve had have been addressed quickly and fairly. Would strongly recommend.

Can’t tell you how much better these guys are than Comcast. $ 30/month for 100mb, no need for a modem, and awesome customer service. They even reached out to me after noticing that my Airport Express had a significant security vulnerability — they went out of their way to find and put together a detailed & easy to understand description of how to fix it. If you have them as an option where you live I’m sure they’re a no-brainer considering what you get vs the cost — but awesome company to work with as well.

Since posting my reviews, customer service has stepped up with sometimes immediate phone calls when I’ve reported an issue, as well as prompt emails back from the Senior Technical Manager when I’ve reported issues as well. They’re doing a LITTLE better… still takes forever to get a lot of stuff done that I could’ve had Godaddy do in a tenth of the time it seems to take Atlas. Exchange service still has its outages as well.

Having relied on Atlas for our internet for a year and a half, we are very satisfied with their services. We have over 2,000 persons a week logging onto the network and most of them are devs, so reliability is paramount. There’s a been a few drops and latency issues, but the team works incredibly hard, is really responsive, and doesn’t make excuses. One of their team– Greg Stewart, or «Stewie” – is one of the best customer service guys I’ve ever encountered.
