Ausum Vapor

All i really have to say is, wow, a spot on place!
I’ll elaborate, I needed juice in a bad way and was not in my normal route for deliveries. I wasn’t sure what shops were close by and i forgot my pack. I Unilocaled as soon as i could and this establishment caught my eye. I have a big truck so parking is a no for me other than a block away. No big deal though, just a short walk away.
I was greeted right away by Greg but in a no pressure kinda way. Greg asked what type of juice i was looking for but instead, i decided to asked for a couple flavors that no one usually has. To my surprise though, he had a few to try. I still left with the flavor i went in for but it was awesome to know that the flavors do exist and this place seems to have some rarer flavors.
Greg had exceptional customer service, made me feel like we were friends instead of giving me a «hurry up» feeling. Greg even went into detail about a newer model i might be interested in that is coming out soon. Here’s the kicker, i just called to ask what the name of the model was because i forgot. It happened to be the same guy over the phone and he knew who i was from 5 days ago, think what you want but that seriously impressed me. They seriously know how to treat any customer, no matter what you’re buying.
I have only been here once but I would definitely have no problem recommending this shop to anyone trying to find a good shop that treats you right in Ballard.

Great location all your vaping needs. Tony the manager has hand picked an elite team of members to help. They are not sales people, they are consultants with the primary mission of helping people to choose a better, and potentially life saving alternative to cigarettes.
While everyone has different tastes of the brands and flavors of e-​juices they enjoy, I have found that Ausum Vapor in Ballard has just the right brands and flavors for my preferences. I generally only get e-​juice from these guys, since nobody else carries many of the brands I like.
The staff is always knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. It’s a bit of a trek if you don’t have a car, but you won’t be disappointed with Ausum Vapor Ballard!

Jordan, thanks; free e-​juice on my birthday? Wow — and easy to sign-​up for all their other perks (just your phone number, etc.; trust me, it’s worth it).
Jordan took the time to educate me on a new model from my favorite brand (Eleaf), which is based on a temperature-​model rather than a variable wattage/​voltage one (though those options were still available regardless). Something I will definitely consider upgrading to in the future, once all the kinks are worked-​out. Left with my new 50W iStick, in great condition, and Jordan was even kind enough to provide me with a replacement drawing-​tip, at no extra charge. What can I say, 5-​stars all around and on my Birthday, too! Great selection of juices, mods, the latest-​and-​greatest from Kanger etc. Worth checking-​out. Thanks!

I started with ecigs and liked them until my neighbor gave me her Aspire Nautilus to try out for a few weeks.
I never went back to ecigs again and bought the Aspire setup from her.
I sort of knew how to use it and was getting juice from AM/​PM (gross!) until my other neighbor told me to Ausum Vapor to «Get some real ****ing juice!»
So I went there just expecting another smoke shop. I was wrong.
This place is vapor central! They have a great staff, WONDERFUL juices, top quality products, great selection and their prices are great. They also taught me how to use my vaporizer like a pro (thanks guys!).
I ended up getting some bottles of juice, extra coils, an extra battery and the Aspire Starter Kit (as a back up for my bigger unit).
That was a month or so ago. I’ve been back 2 or more times since and will keep going back. They also give a military & public safety (EMS/​Fire/​Police) discount (right on guys!).
A great vapor shop.

BE CAREFUL when you buy batteries here — there was an incident with a venting battery that was purchase from Ausum, and it turned out to be a fake battery. When confronted with the issue, the owner became defensive, making threats and saying some offensive things.

Though this place seems to cater to the more advanced vaper (which I am not), they have a good selection of entry level options. The mods that they do have here are beautiful, and make me wish I was a little more into the game.
They also have more juices than anywhere else I’ve been, including some pretty obscure ones that are damn tasty.
The staff is super friendly, and always helpful. To top it all off, the prices are super reasonable.
For sure, my new vape spot.
