every time I stop by I always get greeted which I find very important. I use to work for a retail store and everyone knows if you worked at a retail store no matter where you go you have to be greeted. shout out to Bait Seattle for being on point with customer service, especially Eric who I’ve known before the store opened, it shows he really cared about the products and shows urgency to help his homies/​customers.

Already my favorite sneaker store in Seattle. The only tier 0 store in the Seattle area and it being in Capitol Hill only makes it cooler. From what I can tell the store is very up front and not shady at all, which is a major plus if you want a «hot» release. They literally have every shoe brand… Living around this area I can tell that this is a store that I will be frequenting very often!

When this store places Help Wanted ads they must say only the biggest a-​holes need apply.
I saw a jacket in their window today that I loved so I went in to check it out. I was standing there staring at the man «working» hoping he’d acknowledge me and offer me some assistance but his phone call about the party he went to last night was far more important than any possible sale.
I suppose I should be grateful for such poor customer service. While I stood there waiting, I was able to find the jacket online and purchased it the moment I left. BAIT was selling it for $ 200 and I just got it for a total of $ 143, which included 3 day shipping from the UK.

Dope sneakers and great staff to work with. Ordered a pair of Nike Air Presto’s over the phone, fast shipping to Texas and an easy transaction. Definitely recommended, especially for limited releases.

Realllyyyy cool store up on Cap Hill! We didn’t even know this place existed.
We were searching for Killion, a new store that was opening in the area, and thought this might be it… It wasn’t, but we weren’t disappointed!
They have a lot of cool brands (Publish, Nike, etc.) and the store itself just looks really nice. There’s brick walls and cool hanging fixtures… I don’t do the best describing it, but believe me — it’s cool and definitely worth checking out!
My boyfriend wanted one of everything in this store AND they have Publish brand for WOMEN. I’ve never seen that ANYWHERE else so that’s definitely a plus for me.
Employees were very nice as well and weren’t pushy about selling anything.
This will be a regular stop when we’re the area!

Awesome selection… literally the most half assed customer service in the world. The front desk acts like he’s doing you a favor and half the time you just stand around waiting for them to ask «what size can I find you.» Their size selection is pretty sketch too.

I first came here with my friends and I’m overwhelmed by the sneaker collections, clothes and the accesories in there, and it’s near Seattle Central College, which I could pass by after school. Highly recommend this store to those who love street wear and collect sneakers

They got your typical hype stuff like stussy, undefeated etc. Ended up getting more than what I needed but what can I say they had some dope stuff. Also liked there kick selection and color schemes for the new balances and Asics. The staff were pretty chill and were helpful as far as getting your size or just getting info about what to do in Seattle. Happy shopping

Bait is a cool new store that opened in capitol hill. They have a variety of things at this store such as clothing, shoes, mystery boxes and so much more. The store itself is really pretty, hardwood with high ceilings with bright lights.
Give yourself some time if you come to bait, they have a lot of things to explore
