What’s with the bad reviews? Bunch of picky fucking eaters. It’s ice-cream people, eat it and enjoy. The only thing that sucks about this place is there’s no bathroom. Fuck off.

This place continues to disappoint — i won’t be going back again. I purchased a medium milkshake for my son who is sick and paid $ 6.89 for it which is quite expensive in my opinion. Total highway robbery — the cup wasn’t even close to full(an inch below the rim). I complained and the worker said that he could add more milk to make it thinner — it was only moderately thick to begin with. In addition, within the last year, our kids who are elementary and middle school aged walk there during the summer to buy an ice cream cone. My daughter had brought her own money and a $ 2 coupon. Apparently, they were 10 cents short so the clerk told my daughter that they could only get one scoop. So, my daughter bought a cone for her brother and they walked home. I don’t really know of any of our local businesses who would do that.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Upon walking in the two employees were chatting away, which was fine. It however became not fine when we were standing there for 5 minutes waiting for one of them to ask us what we wanted. One of the employees then proceeded to pull out his phone and start texting. Apparently responding to that dire text is more important then acknowledging and helping us. At that point we walked out. There is no excuse for getting no help when we were the only people in there. Now we are heading to the one in Burien, where hopefully we will be acknowledged.

If you want to be waited on by snotty teenagers and eat ice cream that all tastes the same in an overpriced corporate hellhole, then this is the place for you. I give you a second star for being ice cream in any form on a hot summer day.

Sure, it makes me feel guilty to eat my delicious birthday cake ice cream on the sidewalk on a sunny Seattle day, as numerous fit & tan girls run by(have you noticed that West Seattle seems to be fitness central?). I don’t know if I feel more guilty for indulging or for taunting them with the best that Baskin Robbins has to offer. Either way, I just can’t help it– I love ice cream!

Not bad, not great. It’s about the same as Dairy Queen but I’m pretty sure they never advertised as better. Kids like coming in here, a lot. The whole«31 flavors» thing appeals to their newly generational ingrained notion a parent’s care is stifling and restricts«Freedom» to buy whatever they want with somebody else’ money. Aaaah the 90’s. I suppose the 80’s too, but I was hardly alive for that. I digress, however kids love it. anyone who likes wonderment in an unspoiled child will like going here with them. I have to admit the flavors are watered down in complexity though.

There’s so much potential with the flavors — sadly, the quality of ice cream can be blah. I’d recommend just driving down about 5 blocks and getting a Husky’s cone — they’re cheaper, better quality, AND friendlier.

Went to Baskin Robbins last weekend with the kids. They enjoyed their ice cream while we(my Mom and me) stood around watching them eat. There wasn’t enough seating and the people behind the counter weren’t very helpful… but the ice cream was good!

Baskin Robbins is OK for those quick fixes but do not under any circumstances order a milkshake here, I have twice in the past few months, why I want something cold when I’m freezing cold myself I have no idea but I do, and it’s been nothing more than a scoop of ice cream with milk poured over it. Personally I like my milkshakes to bring all the boys to the yard and this one didn’t even bring me to the yard, I’m bad I know sorry. They have all the flavors you’d expect at a Baskin Robbins and they have ice cream cakes as well, their ice cream and cakes are OK just not their milkshakes.
