Augie helped my husband and me with a quick turn around mortgage. It was a bit hectic at the end but he was able to get things pushed through and finalized; close to miraculous actually. Easy to work with and responds well to text and email.

Augustus helped my wife and I get into our first house and he is a great resource for those going through the process for the first time. He will guide and educate you with the utmost patience. We appreciated how easy it was to contact him (always picked up the phone) and he would contact us after a deadline passed instead of waiting for us to call.
If you are looking for the best deal Augustus is dedicated to finding clients the greatest savings and also appears to take great pride in knowing he saved his clients money.

I have been in the real estate industry for 15 years and have found few who match Augustus’s knowledge and skill in the mortgage business. Not all loans are easy and smooth, and when they are not perfect having your loan in the hands of Augustus’s puts everyone at ease. Communication throughout the process separates Augustus from most of the competitions. Nothing worse than not being able to get an answer on your loan status and your are days away from moving your family. Augustus is always available and more often than not has already called or sent an email update. Thanks

Augustus is a true class act. His rates were awesome and he went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were completely comfortable with our decision to buy. His sense of humor along with a total understanding of the lending process made our financing a breeze. The last house we purchased there was always a sense of uncertainty when it came to the lender, with Augustus we felt like we were working with a close friend. Hopefully I never move again but if I do or if rates get lower I wouldn’t hesitate to call. Highly recommend!!!
