We hired 2 Limo’s from 2 different office locations” Snohomish and Gig Harbor” to take our staff to see Kelly Clarkson, at the Key arena. They got us all there on time, picked us up as planned and got everyone home safely. The cars where nice, clean and the drivers where professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company… A special shout out to our driver Spencer. He went out of his way to make our evening special.

My family booked a limo to take my parents to dinner on their 65^th anniversary. The driver was very polite, arrived a little early to pick us up and did everything he could to make this an enjoyable experience. The car itself was immaculate and was ready for us to have a toast for my parents. We would definitely use them again.

I’ve had great experience with Evergreen Towncar, even after they were bought out by Bayview Limo. They provide great airport service with an airport meet & greet and luggage service/​support throughout. It’s super easy to reserve by phone and I always receive an email confirmation within 5 minutes. Their drivers are extremely professional. Their towncars are always super clean inside and out. Will definitely continue to use.

After having ridden on shuttle services provided by Bayview Limo several times over the last two years being an employee at Bellevue Square, I can not say that I would ever recommend or use this service. Tonight was the final straw of the horrible service that can be provided by Bayview. The North Shuttle driver, who was driving the Bayview Shuttle van with plate ending with 14, was beyond rude and disrespectful. I approached the van at 10:58pm, after he had been sitting there waiting for pickups and mall security was unlocking the door to allow mall employees to leave. The van was occupied by the driver and I opended the door (As usual for this shuttle) and the driver sighed and said you will need to wait for the next driver, I am off now. He then sat there for about two more minutes and drove off. The next shuttle did not come until 11:18pm.
This forced me to stand out in the cold in an area with no visible security for over 20 minutes to wait for a shuttle. This is not safe or a way any business should treat their guests. The south shuttle arrived about 11:10 and had no guests to pick up refused to take us to the north drop off point. When the North driver came, he had personal items in the front passenger seat, allowing other to not seat there. In addition, I was the last one on the shuttle and he speed off while I was still walking to the back to take a seat, again horrible service and safety standards. When the shuttle arrived at the Hyatt to pick up more employees to take them to Bellevue 1^st Presbyeterian, one of the guests asked if the previous shuttle was full as the wait was so long. He stated yes, which is a clear lie and the previous shuttle driver refused to pick up his 11 route.
I have also this year had several drivers accerlate to make yellow lights and one who ran a full cycle red light (Turning left onto Bellevue Way to the Hyatt) after tailgating a gar and flashing his lights at the driver upset they were driving so slow.
Tonights issue was what frustrated me to most. When I arrived at my car, I immediately called Bayview dispatch to ask how to make a complaint with a manager. I was told to send an email. That is all, no effort to try to immediately resolve the issue or find out what was even wrong.
Unilocalers– Fair warning, there are many choices in Seattle for private town car service and airport shuttles, steer far away from Bayview.

Absolutely blown away by the service my group of 9 received this past weekend. Not only was our limo driver, Bob, EARLY for our 12pm reservation but he accommodated every request of our group — from an iphone charger, to stopping thru a drive-​thru, and getting our ipod to connect. He was friendly, charming, cordial, professional, timely and very accommodating. I priced Bayview out with a few different limo companies in the Seattle area — and their rates are comparable. I will never use another car service again — Bob and Bayview are simply 5 stars and are what customer service is about.

Making reservations with Bob was a breeze for per hour flat-​fee rental service as he took the time to discuss the options with me regarding 8 person passenger vehicles.

After many valid points, pro and cons, we went with the tinted window, shiny black comfy Executive Van. It was perfect, clean and comfortable! I’m serious, these were some cool looking vans!
Our event utilized 4 vans and each driver was very professional, patient, flexible and fun. I really can’t say enough about the customer service. One driver even returned when an event attendee forgot her purse, he was back in a flash and still smiling although, he spent 3 hours driving us through some crazy downtown gridlock and scavenger, lost madness!

I do wish the price was a lil more reasonable for basic airport runs, but I get the vibe that Bayview focuses on higher-​end themed events and weddings and well, honestly this is what they seem to do very well!

My husband and I have used Bayview twice now, and have been more than pleased… We have used them for transport home from the airport, and for a night out on the town with friends. Clean cars, nice (not talkative) drivers… Great Great Great…

Called two days prior to get quote from north Seattle to downtown for an Xmas party. For a 20 minute drive he told me it would be something like $ 134 because it’s a two hour minimum. No thanks

I recently booked a 10 person limo with Bayview for my wedding day. It was easy to work out a contract with over the phone and prompt with a quote. Our limo driver was patient when our party was running late, really friendly.
Slightly awkward, but hilarious, when my groom and I took the limo to the reception site after the ceremony our driver told us he’d «keep the privacy screen up, you guys knock when you’re ya know… wink wink ready» — he meant well and it gave us a laugh.

Sketch. I was trying to get pricing for group transportation between the airport and Pier 66. Kristen quoted me $ 196 for a van when the van pricing on the website is listed at $ 75/​hour. Are you kidding me???

About the same price as a cab, but being shuttled in a clean jet-​black Lincoln Town Car by a clean, attentive, articulate, friendly, conversant well dressed driver who was early and polite was very nice and quite unexpected.

We recently used Bayview for round trip service to Seatac airport starting at the ungodly hour of 4:30 am. Our driver (Robert) was a few minutes early and helped my wife and kids get settled.
After 2 and half weeks in cold, sunny, Florida, we returned one evening to find the airlines had lost some of our luggage including our kid’s car seat. No problem, Bayview sent Dante to pick us up and he was super helpful meeting us on time down in baggage. He went out of his way and helped with our tired little kids while I filed a baggage claim report and he also ran back to the parking lot to get our Town Car pulled up curbside to make things easier.

Dilemma: wedding to go to in the middle of no where. How in the world is my drunk ass going to get home? Bayview to the rescue!
I called them up the night before to arrange a passenger van to haul 12 of us to Seattle from Woodinville. Minutes later I had a confirmation email. Almost easier than calling for a cab.
The driver was friendly, punctual, clean, patient and got us all home safe and sound. They even called in the morning to tell me they found a camera and offered to deliver it.

I have worked with Bayview on behalf of my company for over two years now, and I am always amazed at how accommodating and courteous they are to my requests. A lot of times my requests are very last minute and/​or require a vehicle change due to luggage and/​or passengers, but it never seems to be a problem!
If you are looking for a topnotch sedan/​limo/​sedan/​van vendor, you need to look no further than Bayview.

We used Bayview for our wedding a loved it. We got a town car instead of full limo because we didn’t need the extra space. The driver was very nice and accommodated us perfectly. First he drove my wife and her friends around before the wedding and then he waited patiently as we did our pictures. When we wanted him to go slow, he took his time and let us enjoy the ride, and when we were beginning to run late he sped up and helped us get back to the reception on time.
He also had water bottles ready for us because it was hot out.
Extra bonus: because our reception was next door to the limo base, we got a huge discount.
I would recommend this to anybody who needs limo or town car service.

If you are on Unilocal you probably work more over email than you do over the phone. I’ve found Bayview to be very email and telephone responsive. The confirmation process is done by email and works well. They have a large fleet. New clear cars. I’ve used them quite a few times for big parties with no problems — even if we were a problem to them.
Nothing but good things to say about them over the past three years of using them.

After the last car service company I worked with never came to pick me up, I decided to try Bayview. The reservations staff is excellent, and they seem to have a good system as they have my information up very quickly as I am arranging for the pick up. The drivers are prompt, very professional and very interesting — it seems that a lot of artists/​musicians/​writers like to work for Bayview. Sounds like a great company. Price is a little high, but less than the other premium car service companies I checked out (also I live in North Bend, so it’s a long ride out to pick me up).
I like the fact that they wait for you at the baggage carousel at SeaTac, and help you with your luggage. My previous car service had me get my bags and then I had to wait for them at the curb.

We’ve been using Bayview Limousine service since 2004 for airport transportation. No, we don’t get a LIMO, we just get a Town Car:
1) The drivers are always prompt & helpful. Although one time, when I arrived from a flight, it took a while to find the driver in baggage claim. Rather rough when you’re pushing a stroller, a toddler & carry-​on.
2) Driving to the airport is always stressful. you always wonder if you will you make it in time?! And finding parking?! Whew! These guys get those nice primo spots in the parking garage.
3) Luggage. These guys never complain how heavy my suitcase is. Haha!
4) Leaving work. If it’s a problem for a friend/​spouse to leave work to drive you to/​from SEATAC, then why hassle them? Their time off is probably costing more than hiring a car service.
For us, it’s been worth the 85 – 100 to hire someone to do the driving for us. :)
