I have to say that this is one of the coolest galleries I’ve found in all of Seattle. There is photography and oil paintings by latino artists, and some of the pieces are amazing. It’s well worthwhile for anyone looking for a nice gallery to explore around First Thursday. Add some musicians and free wine or beer, and you just have a great combination. I’d like to go back and have a nice little lunch/dinner at El Puerco Lloron on the same night… **By the way, the map of the location of this gallery is incorrect. It’s closer to the Seattle Art Museum.

I love progressive photography galleries that represent a nice spectrum of photographers. I just happen to walk in to this one during me and wifey’s 24hr Seattle trip. Loved it. Unpretentious and showed some amazing art and documentary photography. David(i think the gallery manager) was kind of enough to bring us to the back and show some of the gallery’s prized collections. He showed me some original Jerry Uelsman photos. Sick. Uelsman does things with photos that made Photoshop geeks shudder. Anyways.Great photos. Great staff. And made my visit to Seattle worthwhile.

I have not been here in 10(yikes or more) years but wanted to put in a review because I have had photo shoots done here and this is what started my love of photography. Marita was so nice when she did my photos and gave me her honest opinion of what she thought about my look, ability in front and behind the camera. I know the people that run this place so I got to go behind the scene and see how to develop b n w’s and that was fun for a kid. Good place, laid back, GREAT architecture.
