My mom was visiting from way out of town and her hearing aid died. Zach handled it so fast it was nuts… checked on the warranty, mailed it in, got a new part, and had her up and hearing in 2 days. What a great customer service experience. I HIGHLY recommend Better Hearing Center.

What can I say? Zack is the BEST! He will have you feeling like you have a bionic ear that hears better than you ever did. I have gotten hearing aids from Costco and a ’”reconditioned” one on the internet, as well as going to the Hear Center at Group Health, and I learned more in 10 minutes with Zack than I ever knew from my previous hearing aid providers. He is completely current on the latest improvements and even will try out a new model himself (even though he has no hearing loss) so that he can tell for himself what the sound quality is. Amazing? You bet. And beyond that he is so incredibly sweet you will go away happy. No hard sell, just an interest in your hearing needs and giving you the best fit.
