Bing’s Kitchen

From appetizer to dessert, Bing’s kitchen knocks it out of the park. This new gourmet kitchen located right here in Belltown is soon to take your tastebuds to a whole new place. Try the sablefish with poached coconut milk and jalapeño crabmeat or the polenta topped with pistachio pesto, goat cheese and sundried tomatoes. Excellent wine selection will kick it up a notch and mood lightening mixed with a relaxed atmosphere will make any night date night. 5 stars to you Chef Bing… Well done indeed.

A clear choice for a 5 star rating, food so god it will make you want to slap your mama. There weren’t any cheese spreaders, but the quality of the cheese made it so easy to cut that the spreader wasn’t even missed. The fish was so good that it made me feel like I was a life long fisher that just hooked a prime catch. If there were ever a meal to complete you as a person, this is it. I believe the thing I like most about my experience is that you will probably never share it… but good luck.
