I have done numerous projects with BjaroSerra Architects. They designed a large condo project I built, designed a very fancy master suite for one of my customers, and have become my first choice when my clients ask for a great architect. I have worked with them for over 15 years, and they do quality design whether the project is large or small. They do great work, and are quick to grasp their customers intentions, while still offering their vision on how to improve upon the project. They are easy to work with too.

Greg is a fabulous Architect. Professional, personal, and over the top talented at what he does. His portfolio says it all as far as good design work. I look at a LOT of design plans done by all sorts of architects. Greg doesn’t just design great work but his work is complete. Tradesmen like myself can read them knowing all the important information is there. I just gave his name to a client of mine who was looking for a kitchen remodel and he was more than impressed with Greg by the first contact. I’m not surprised. Thanks Greg.

Residential architecture: BjarkoSerra designed our 42^nd Street Condos project, which was an AIA Home-​of-​the-​Year finalist, and got us a Dwell Magazine «Nice Modernist» award. They were easy to work with, filled with ideas and eager to hear ours and talk them out. I measure the success of the project like this: Three of the four original owners lived their for ten years or more. Those that have left have told me, «I hate to leave. .. «but sometimes, life gets in the way. These are good, well-​designed homes!
They have also done some great work on our houses, which I so appreciate!
Commercial architecture: look at their portfolio. They’ve designed some of our favorite pubs and restaurants.
BjarkoSerra is a great architecture firm because they help achieve the client’s vision, rather than their own. They’re not looking for commissions, they just want to help people create great spaces for living, commerce, and community.
Plus, they’re actually quite affordable. They’re not going to gouge you with sets of unnecessary drawings. They do have modern design sensibilities rooted in a classic American ethic, but they also have an old-​fashioned craftsman’s work ethic of doing an honest hour’s work for an hour’s pay — you know what I mean?
Fabulous design, great personalities, fun to work with, good pricing. A six-​star company if there ever was one. Seven, even. Or eight. They’re a perfect 10 in my book!

Greg Bjarko is a gifted architect.
In talking through a potential project — he was conscientious of the space as well as budget items. He is thorough and his portfolio holds a series of homes I wish I had.
