BEST HOME INSPECTION EVER!!! We had Fred Knowles inspect our home and he was so thorough, informative and incredibly helpful!!! It is a fixer and needed a lot of work. He was able to point out all the issues and was so knowledgeable! He took extra time with us and allowed my husband and myself to follow him around during the entire inspection, answering our many questions. His final report was incredibly thorough and laid out everything clearly. When we bought our first home in Seattle the inspector we used spent half the time that Fred did, and it cost twice as much. With our second home we used Fred Knowles and I am so grateful we did! We will definitely use him for our next home!!! if you need to have a home inspected I highly recommend FRED KNOWLES!!!

We were able to schedule a last minute Sunday home inspection with Fred Knowles. He arrived early & was already inspecting the property with our RE agent when we arrived. He was very professional and approachable. He allowed us to follow him around the entire house, inside and out, and ask any and all questions we had as he inspected. He found items that needed to be addressed and included pictures with arrows and diagrams highlighting exactly what he saw as issues in the detailed report. He provided us his personal phone # so we can contact him in the future if we ever have questions or concerns. The BPG scheduler was very professional as well. Their 800-​number even has a callback feature so that you don’t have to wait on hold to talk to someone. Their price was very reasonable compared to other inspectors in our area. Overall, we had a great experience with Fred Knowles and BPG.
