We called Brian because of a personal referral and the two
reviews. We were looking for someone to fix our sump pump/​water seeping into the basement issues. We had another contractor come in before and give a few ideas, the least of which (which may not have worked) was quite costly. Brian was responsive to my initial email and when he visited our home to discuss our issues, he was patient and knowledgeable. He made a couple of very rational suggestions including a new sump pump bucket and how to seal the walls. On top of that, his pricing was fantastic! We then decided to ask him to put in the new basement shower (again, reasonably priced). Each day we returned home after work, we could see the considerable progress he had made not to mention how tidy everything was. He finished right on time and the final bill was half of what the first guy quoted (and his quote didn’t include the shower!).
We will definitely use him in the future!
