My husband and his family have been going to this firm for 20 years. My parents got into a vicious car accident and the driver admitted fault with police documentation. So — shut and done case. After a year of back and forth calls, and my husband personally visiting them to complain about the lack of communication and updates. We finally got the case settled with the insurance company.
