Bumblejax

I just received my first picture from Bumblejax, a 16×24 acrylic print, and it more than exceeded my expectations — it blew me away!
I was looking for a print shop that knew what they were doing and would only sell me a very high quality ‘wall art’ print (e.g., metal, acrylic, etc.); I wasn’t sure whether to believe all of the 5 star reviews but they exist for a reason — Bumblejax really is amazing!
My acrylic print looks astonishing. It is sleek, polished, and colorful. The metallic paper is awesome (nice, sleek shine to it!) and the image really pops.
Bumblejax definitely knew exactly what they were doing as they printed my image with care. The color/​white balance, brightness, sharpness, etc… All is absolutely perfect. It looks even better than on my large screen computer monitor!
The packaging was excellent, shipping was fast, customer service is great. The hanging system was so easy to use right out of the box and easy to adjust on the wall.
I hope this place exists forever because there’s nothing else out there like it.
The only negative about it is that the products are expensive; however, you get what you pay for. I will definitely shop here again!

I’ve had 3 prints mounted by Bumblejax so far. Two on acrylic and one on foam. The craftsmanship goes way beyond expectations! For example, the blocks on the back match perfectly with the hanger wire to make the piece sit perfectly flush against the wall. The finish, edges, materials used are 1^st class. The foam piece I recently received mounted perfectly in less than 2 minutes with the hanger they provided (I wasn’t even expecting them to provide this and it worked perfectly.)
I have tried other online printing services and though good, Bumblejax’s quality of workmanship and customer service blows them all away. I called customer service to delay my last shipment because I would be out of town when it would arrive. The person on the phone quickly rescheduled the delivery and I was off the phone and done in just a couple of minutes. They are very friendly and helpful. I just can’t say enough about them. If price is an issue with you, I assure you the prices they charge are worth every penny. Congrats to Bumblejax! What a great business you have!

I cannot believe that the other review here now represents the fine works I’ve received from Bumblejax. My pieces mounted by them have received more compliments and questions than any other. This is my bar-​none 5-​star review until I’ve a chance to write it again properly.

Although I was excited to see my 1^st acrylic come in from
, the other 2 from competing labs where of much higher quality for less money. Bumblejax wanted extra money to polish the edges. The edges are a peak and valley circular rough cut. Almost like they used a router with a bent tip. The acrylic and metal back don’t line up. One lab I showed it to called it junk, it was when I compared. My other pieces came in from other labs and were noticeably higher in quality from the finish, the edges, the hanging hardware system… The video shows Bumblejax exercising great care. The hanging system is a split piece of wood and wire. The competitors are a beautiful metal system with groves giving you the ability to lock it to the wall with T screws. Bumblejax was more expensive as well, 12×9 $ 114.00. I got a 16×12 for $ 90 and it’s finished and the better quality hanging system from the 2^nd vendor near my home in San Diego. The 3^rd from White Wall was 16×9, finished great quality for $ 109.00. The smallest, lowest quality material/​labor was the most money from Bumblejax.

I just received my beautiful acrylic print on metallic paper and I cannot be more pleased with the results. After reading many positive reviews, I decided to give Bumblejax a try. The reviews were spot on. One word, wow! The metallic paper really pops and brings the colors to life. The acrylic frame adds yet another depth and dimension to it. My 40×30 photo arrived well packaged in just over a week. It came ready to hang, with hanging nail included. Their customer service is terrific! They messaged me before shipping to ask me if it’s okay they upgraded me from the 1/​8″ to the ¼″ acrylic. Well, yeah! The photo came out so nice, they thought it look best at ¼″. Thank you very much, Bumblejax! You’ll surely have my business in the future.

My experience with Bumblejax has been outstanding. From using their website for placing my order, to interacting with their online chat support, to receiving a phenomenal product. The folks at Bumblejax obviously take great pride in their work. After receiving my first 30″ x 20″ acrylic mount print, I liked it so much that I immediately purchased a second (15″ x 10″ acrylic mount print) which I received today. It was, once again, outstanding! It arrived packaged with great care, and ready to hang. I’m very eager to buy two more (36″ by 24″ or larger prints) and know that the results will be even more wonderful. If you have not used Bumblejax yet, I highly suggest that you find that favorite high resolution photograph and you send it in now to be printed on metallic paper, and then acrylic mounted. You will not be disappointed.

I was looking for a resource that could help me in facemounting my photos on acrylic, as I didn’t trust my own abilities to do this. I stumbled upon Bumblejax after hours of searching online for a reputable company to do this. I have to say, I am thrilled with two things: 1) Their customer service, and 2) The finished product. They are very «available» in answering questions ahead of orders and do spectacular work. I will use them again without question!

Really just a very nice product at a reasonable cost. The bamboo was perfect, picture quality great, really worked well as a birthday gift. Nice job, rock solid.

I was really looking for a way to display and take advantage of a bunch of great photographs I had taken on a recent trip back home to Oahu. Frames are Ok but seem very blah to me these days and the cost of frames for the quality just doesn’t sit well with me. So always keeping my eye open for new ideas I just happen to see an ad for Bumbljax on Facebook. I quickly went to their web site to see what they had to offer. Eureka! I loved the different material options they had, each material gave the photos a different style and feel. I uploaded one of my vacation photos, chose the custom size and material the photo would be printed on and completed the order. the site was easy to navigate, uploading the photo took no time at all. I just received my order today and am very happy with the finished product! It is meant to be a birthday gift but now that I see the final product I’m having a tough time with actually giving it away! lol I highly recommend you check them out if your looking for a cool way to display your favorite photos! The final product is awesome, it shipped quickly, and the web site makes it a breeze to place your order!
