We met Carese this past summer when we were searching for a new home. We immediately felt that she was amazing.
She was able to set up a great foundation for us — making sure we had everything in order before we made any offers. She even found some issues with my partner’s credit report and was able to walk him through fixing them. That was a huge deal.
She worked patiently with use through multiple offers and being under contract four or five times. She was super responsive, creative and watched out for us. We even backed out of some contracts after Carese did review of the right docs. Again, above and beyond!
Finally, we found the place we wanted. It was a short sale, which can be complex. Carese and her team did a great job of making financing happen so that we could close on time and before the new year. She even had to pull some strings at the end there in order to deal with some new information and costs that came to light the last day before close. She went well above and beyond.
AGAIN, Carese is a great partner and we would work with her with any financing needs. Even if you don’t know what your next loan might be, working with her can get you situated so you know what you can take on and do.
