Hydrafacial service with Lisa was wonderful. It is not your ordinary spa in terms of appearance so if that’s what you’re looking for this place is probably not a good fit. It’s a room in an office building but that doesn’t bother me too much considering the price and quality you’ll receive.
Lisa is very friendly and thorough with her facial service so I am extremely glad I tried her out. She also has a senior dog named Shawn that hangs outside of the room which has nothing to do with her services but obviously dog lovers are good people! She books up fast so you might want to plan ahead.

Based on the great reviews I went to Lisa for a facial. It was my first real one and I loved it!!!
Lisa’s space is really comfortable. And her facials feel really good. I am still really relaxed from having just seen her a few hours ago. And my face is super soft.
I learned that I need to exfoliate to remove dead skin cells or the moisturizer I’m using won’t penetrate in. Also, ever since I’ve been living in Seattle I’ve been suffering from puffy eyes. Lisa said to place coffee compresses on my eyes to make the swelling go down. That’s a useful piece of information.

I’ve been seeing Lisa for a little over a year, and she is just fantastic. After moving to West Seattle, I still commute over to see her instead of finding someone closer to home. Her green peels hurt like hell, but are extremely effective. Plus, she’s a genuine and kind human. Book a month out. She stays busy!

I went to Lisa because my skin has been breaking out pretty bad. I booked about a month out due to wanting to go later in the evening. She made the experience very relaxing. I would recommend Lisa to anyone. I found her through a friend’s recommendation. I like it that she wasn’t pushy with her skin care line as well. Thanks Lisa!

I see Lisa monthly to help treat old acne scars and as preventative maintenance against my current penchant for acne. My skin has never looked better. I look back on old pictures of myself and really notice a difference. Every visit is relaxing, and I often nearly fall asleep during the visit — even when she’s doing one of the more painful (but super effective) peels.

My face has been flaring up for the past few months, so after reading all the positive Unilocal reviews, I decided to give Cassie’s Place (& Lisa) a try. So glad I did! The place is easy to find, and Lisa was very personable and warm from the get go. We discussed my skin issues and she suggested what she thought would be best. The facial, parafin hand dip, and foot massage were oh my gosh relaxing! The extraction part was uncomfortable, but as I told her, no pain no gain! My face is still a bit red (it’s been a day and half) but after reading other reviews, I feel confident that my skin will look fabulous soon enough! (despite the redness, my friend complimented my «glowing» skin today). At the end, Lisa did say she had some products she thought would be useful, but since I’m under the care of a dermatologist already, she suggested I stick with my current topical meds (its only been a few weeks) and contact her if it doesn’t work. I’m sold on Cassie’s Place!

This lady really knows what she’s doing, as evidenced by the other 5 star reviews. She’s hard to book (full schedule), but gives vigorous extractions, first rate skin care advice, and you will leave with clearer skin and her signature dewy glow.

Lisa is an incredible esthetician and her facials are equally pampering and effective. I almost always doze off each time I see her and my skin looks absolutely perfect when she’s done with her magic. I get a customized treatment each time and my better half loves the men’s facial. Her prices are SO reasonable — we never feel guilty whenever we need some skin TLC. She’s definitely one of the best in Seattle.

Lisa is excellent. I feel very comfortable having her do anything to my face. My skin never breaks out after her facials and it is always glowing. She never tries to sell her products even though she sells good ones and she is always generous with her samples.
I’ve been going to her for about two years now and don’t ever plan on going to anyone else in Seattle.

Felt like strolling into a good friend’s home — the whole ambience, experience, and interaction with Lisa. My boyfriend and i both had the acne facial/​cleanser. Apparently a lot of women who are in their early/​mid twenties get this sudden outbreak due to hormonal changes, even people like me who haven’t had any during puberty :[
Anyway, where to start? Lisa deserves a lengthy, quality review. She is knowledgeable, personable, professional but at the same time both motherly and friendly, and most definitely passionate about this art. Right from the getgo she was so easy to communicate with and tried to make appointments as easy as possible for the both of us. There’s a detailed page of information you fill out prior to your treatment; Lisa will figure out what she needs to do to help you based on your answers as well as your goals. What sets Lisa apart from other therapists I’ve visited is she doesn’t push her most expensive treatments or try to add extras; she gives you several options that zone in on your goal and isn’t afraid to suggest a less expensive service as long as it will fit your goal the best.
The acne facial, as with many extraction facials, does sting a bit! The icing stage towards the end may also make you flinch a little, but don’t fear. If I can do it, so can you. Really it wasn’t that bad; my boyfriend made fun of me for my cringes because he didn’t think it hurt at all.
Payment process: Lisa’s prices are very reasonable. She loves what she does; you can just feel that vibe in the room.
I highly recommend Cassie’s. Her business is located in a small room in bldg 610, nothing too fancy. But don’t let that simple aspect send you away; the whole purpose of going to a facial/​spa place is to make your skin happy, not for the show of fancy interior designs, anyway. Give her a chance and she will shine! just like your face will post-​treatment :D

I found Lisa on Unilocal,so I’m just paying it forward. I’ve had facials in the past, but never been a huge fan – they always seem to make my skin worse, or I get an hour of relaxation cancelled out by a strong-​arm sales pitch. This time, I had a monster zit that I knew needed extracting, so I checked Unilocal and read great things about Lisa. They were all true! She clearly knows what she’s doing, and is great at it. She has no sales pitch, and is non-​judgmental about the products you currently use (unless she thinks they’re causing problems), but will give her opinion if asked. Her prices are really reasonable, too! Cannot recommend highly enough.

I am so glad to see that Lisa has gotten all the 5stars ratings she deserves! I NEVER write Unilocal reviews, in fact I had to set up this just today, so I could finally write about LIsa!
For awhile I was going to LIsa regularly and you could tell! My skin had never been so glowing, dewy, and pretty. I FINALLY just went back after WAY too long and I couldn’t be happier. I will NEVER let my skin go that long without its Lisa’s fix!

What can I say. Lisa is lovely! Before I let her touch my face, (or let alone knew she was an esthetician), I knew her as…“Lisa.” Now I can say we are even closer than ever since she’s crossed the personal bubble into the realm of «Oh my god does she see how bad my pores are?» or «Now she knows I’m such a whiner [after she popped a few zits].»
But it was worth the pain — it wasn’t even bad — to feel skin so squeaky clean and new! And Lisa ensures your skin will be at your best after the appointment is over by answering all questions honestly and professionally. I really enjoyed this minty tingly stuff she put on my face, and she let me have a small sample to take home =) She’s also willing to diagnose issues you have with your skin, and I highly recommend you bring a list of products you use to pinpoint what may be the problem.
In addition to myself, my sister and mom also see Lisa. I think it’s safe to say my mom agrees with this review as well — she was so relaxed during her peel that she fell asleep!
Be sure to check the website for some good deals. We’ve bought a gift certificate online and it was easy peasy (you get to customize it/​print it yourself) … definitely a nice gift for Mother’s Day!
FYI– She’s no longer at Eden [based on past reviews; the address listed is correct). But her new location is really close, and actually easier to find parking.

Lisa is absolutely fabulous! I took my maid of honor for her «With a Friend» special. One of us received a foot soak/​scrub while the other received a facial on a heated table, and then we switched. It was two hours of paradise!
She also gave me a sample leave-​on product to help me with some breakouts I’d been having, and my skin has completely cleared up. I’ll definitely be going back to purchase the product from her, as it was both affordable and effective.
Can’t wait to see Lisa again for my pre-​marital facials!

Cassie’s Place is such a gem! Lisa is a miracle worker with great products and advice for troubled skin. (knock on wood, because my skin is out of control but is slowly showing improvement after one facial). BTW I had my facial just yesterday morning!!!
So I live in Portland and drove up to Washington in hopes of finding someone to help me with my out of control acne plagued skin. The day of the appointment, Friday the 13^th, I got stuck in horrible traffic and couldn’t make it. I mean I literally called Lisa while sitting on I-​5 North at 3:30pm (which was my appointment time mind you) asking how far I was from her place of business and I was told I was still at least 45 minutes away. She was so cool and understanding about it, if I were her, I would’ve been upset that I didnt call sooner, but nope, not her!
I felt so bad, but Lisa was so very very sweet and understanding of my situation and rebooked my appointment for the very next morning, August 14^th at 9AM. I mean Lisa went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much!
She offered to come in early on a Saturday morning, I mean who does that??? Lisa is just so so very kind and knowledgable.
I really wish I lived in Seattle, I would go to see her bi-​weekly, but for now, I am willing to go see her monthly.
Lisa is more than worth the 4+ hour drive that it took me to get there!!!

I just had my first facial ever at Cassie’s Place, and it was a wonderful experience! Lisa is warm and kind without being too chatty, and the place itself feels clean and comforting and homey.
And most important, my skin looks AMAZING! For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had problems with blackheads/​clogged pores, esp around my nose. I tried soooo many different exfoliants, masks, pore strips, etc. and nothing worked. Now for the first time ever, my pores look 100% clear!
Other things to mention: It’s street parking but there’s plenty available, I was 10 minutes late but it was no problem keeping the appointment, and as others have mentioned, Lisa gave me skin recommendations at the end of the treatment. She told me that my skin has the potential to never need facials if I use the right products, and she gave me samples of the products she thinks I should use to keep it in good condition. It was awesome to hear her honesty and I’m excited to try the products.
Overall I can’t more highly recommend her. Fantastic prices for fantastic quality!

What can I say?!? Lisa is a miracle worker — my face had broken out because of some other products and just wasn’t clearing up. I went in on monday, and here it is saturday, and my skin was looking better by wednesday (she did some cleansing out of the pores and stuff, so it was a bit red for a bit). But I keep waking up amazed. And the stuff she uses is so gentle. She gave me some samples of the stuff she recommended, and i’ve been using them all week (and i still probably have another week and a half worth of samples). Will definitely be purchasing the products when i finish the samples, and the two that she recommended and have been helping, are only $ 45 for 3 months worth — definitely worth it!

Thank you Unilocal for introducing me to an awesome Esthetician! I just got an AMAZING facial from Lisa at Cassie’s Place Skincare. This was my first facial and I highly recommend a visit to Cassie’s Place Skincare!
I called in to schedule an appointment and I immediately felt comfortable with Lisa because she was very friendly and accommodating. My facial this morning was absolutely wonderful! We discussed my skin condition beforehand and she also asks new patients to fill out an information form which includes allergies, sensitivities, etc. Before the facial, I mentioned that I had a stuffy nose and she put some eucalyptus in the steam to help me out! After about ten minutes I COULD BREATHE!
My facial lasted about an hour and Lisa was very informative on what was happening during the whole process. The products she used smelt great and the atmosphere of the room was very relaxing. The lighting was dim, the music was soft, and the eucalyptus was calming.
Another thing I really appreciated was the great skincare advice and recommendations she gave me. Now, she didn’t «push» any products on me at all. She gave me a lot of at home remedies for my skin condition such as supplements I can take etc. and also gave me some samples to try out! I really appreciated how she shared her knowledge with me. It was great!
I know that she is a professional because at the end of the appointment I asked when I should get my next facial and her answer was very honest. Now, everyone’s skin is different, but I researched online before the appointment to see what the general recommendation was and many websites said between 2 weeks to a month. When I asked Lisa she gave me a very honest answer and it was «For your skin, I would wait a month, but it really depends on how your skin feels to you.» :)
Just a warning that she accepts credit cards, but not AMEX or Discover. The type of facial I got was $ 55, but she gave me a discount for being a new patient! YAY!

Lisa is amazing! The prices here are very affordable for a facial and she gives detailed care and treatments (really diagnoses your skin condition). Not only is the price right, but Lisa is very accommodating with her schedule, and she uses great products during the facial and is fun to talk to! There isn’t that awkward silence that you may get with some spas.
