Almost all of the chase branches in the aera provide good and friendly customer service, but at this branch their customer service skills exceed by far!

I went into Chase to open a checking account. It’s not my first checking account, I have others at Wells Fargo and BECU. I sat down with a banker and there were a few times during that interaction that I thought she asked very strange and awkward questions. For example, I gave her a decent amount of cash to open the account and she asked me if I got that from work. I don’t think it should make a difference to her where I got the money from. Just deposit it. I thought the whole transaction was a little awkward. It felt like I wasn’t good enough to open a Chase account with a minimum balance.
I have to say, I have never had a bad experience with Wells Fargo, BECU, or HomeStreet. I could probably do without Chase. In fact, I probably should have just left and not opened an account.
Oh, they do call afterwards (twice!) to make sure I’m satisfied with the account.

Awesome location, always have parking! No many people around so I can finish my business quickly without people sneaking around!
