Chase Bank

I go to this branch more than the one closer to my house. They remodeled it quite a bit. Looks cleaner and roomier. The teller seems to know what they are doing, so that’s good, right? Especially handling your bank account, you’d want them to be on top of their game!
They have a hot cocoa and tea station for everyone to use. Also, a plate full of lollipops haha!
It was a wonderful experience when I went in to talk to a personal banker, setting up a certificate of deposit. Hassle-​free and quick, I was in and out in less than half an hour!
I knocked off a star because they recently closed down the drive-​thru. They put an ATM at the drive-​thru instead of having a teller serve you. I find that very inconvenient because I almost have my kids in the car all the time, and sucks to pull them out the car to get cash out or even depositing. I hate using the ATM unless I pull quick cash. Well, that’s just my biggest pet peeve about this closure. Other than that, I love to bank with Chase!

This is the worst customer service ever! Stood in line for almost 40 mins cause they only have one teller open just for her to tell me that she can’t deposit money into someone else’s account cause I don’t bank with chase. This is exactly why I don’t bank with this stupid ass bank. Now I have to go buy a money order in order to deposit money in an account. This is the worst shit ever. Fuck chase bank. I’m gonna make sure I copy this and paste it on every one of my social media so everyone knows how pathetic waste of time and no help what so ever this bank has been

I have only had good experiences with Chase customer service. If you have trouble with any accounts or investments you just walk in or give them a call and they are quick to help.
I really love the option to deposit cash directly to the ATM and get a receipt… You can opt to have a copy of the check printed on your receipt.
Chase Bank is actually a pretty good bank. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I like that the bank has branches all over the city and country. There is nothing more frustrating than searching for an atm of your branch and not finding one! Because they are a large bank, I don’t really have that problem.
Would recommend them to anyone who isn’t looking for a complicated, annoying, or tedious banking experience.
I only removed a star since there are some fees involved… Sorry… but if only it could all be free then a perfect score for Chase. But alas… No such luck.

I loved WAMU when it was here, the staff were consistently friendly, the services fair and many options for borrowing and banking were offered but then there was that whole thing and yeah, no good so I stopped using them other than one small account I left open.
But still, I come here occasionally for work and when I need to deposit or withdraw from that account and I have had some great service but more often I have had some pretty bad service.
My last visit was really pretty bad. I used the drive through, which isn’t a usual thing for me but hey, I had a quick deposit for work and why not? Well, because you pull up and no one is there so after a few minutes, you press the call button and someone walks towards you and smiles and says hello, what can I help you with –this doesn’t sound bad, right?- then he takes your deposit and … walks away without saying a thing.
And then a woman comes up with a deposit bag and clearly has other transactions she’s working on but … doesn’t say a word to me sitting there… for like over 5 minutes while she’s counting money and putting it in a bag. She FINALLY looks up and says ‘what can I help you with’ — no ‘sorry I was busy’ ‘thank you for waiting’ or anything. And then at the very end, she smiles and thanks me like someone flipped a ‘customer service on’ switch somewhere.
I didn’t like it. I almost called the management to say something but I didn’t think she deserved to be yelled at or whatever may happen, but I do hope they read this and adjust their service level.
