Best pharmacy i have ever had. Friendly and know you by name and treat you with the greatest respect. Willing to do whatever it takes to get your needs taken care of and answer any questions you might have.

I have been with this pharmacy for 5 years. I have been continually impressed at the level of personalized customer service they have provided. This is how pharmacies are supposed to run, and you do not feel like another number. The pharmacists know me by name — which is astonishing to me given then fact that I only receive one prescription through them. They are always aware of rebates that a company may give when your insurance forces you to pay exorbitant co-​pays for Tier 3 medications when there are no Tier 1 or Tier 2 alternatives. I receive all my medications by mail — and as long as I live in Seattle, they will have my business. (And if I move away, I will see what I can do to make sure I never have to try another «chain» pharmacy ever again.) Thank you so much for all your help over the years!!!

I can’t give enough positive feedback about these guys! I called over 10 different pharmacies to get a specific brand of a prescription and everyone else either couldn’t do it or made it seem like the biggest hassle! These guys said they’d get it for me the next day no problem and they remember me and are always friendly. They really care about their patients and it shows!

I had no idea Cherry Street Pharmacy was part of the Mom’s chain when I first went — they work closely with a certain demographic that I do not belong to, though there is no stigma there for me personally — so when I found out I was unsure if I should take my business elsewhere. Alas, I’m not sure it really matters in the end! The employees are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and they fill prescriptions quickly even if you just walk in without notice. I’ll keep supporting this place so long as my doctor keeps faxing in my prescriptions!

I wish I didn’t have to get my perscriptions through an online pharmacy. But, when I forget to process my online order or have to get something quickly, The folks at Cherry Street are always right on top of things, very helpful, and fast! They always have what I need! (no waiting for a day for things to be delivered).

Cherry Street Pharmacy (part of the Mom’s Pharmacy brand) is awesome. They are like a small town pharmacy in that they go the extra mile to make sure you get your prescription. They will ship your meds to you at no cost, and make refills quick and easy, when you call a wonderful person answers on the first ring! Tiny space, not much selection on things other than prescriptions, but really I go to them for my prescriptions so I am very happy with them!

My Doctor recommended this pharmacy a few years ago and I’m glad he did. It’s a small, local pharmacy that supports the community. The very best customer service that I have ever received at any pharmacy! I drop off or have my prescriptions faxed to the pharmacy in the afternoon and they are in my home mailbox the next day. I don’t ever have to worry about calling in a refill, they automatically send it to me at home (at no extra charge)!! Being able to support a small local business and receiving superior service, what more can I ask for?
