Chicago Title in Seattle worked in closing my Condo purchase. I worked with Stephanie, Marlena and Elizabeth. I won the bid on the Condo on the 6^th of March and wanted a quick closing. Things did not go smoothly, because these rush things are apt not to. My Real Estate Agent kept at it and Chicago Title kept at it and I closed on March 26. That has to be a record. I won’t list all the hurdles that had to be jumped by all of these people to make this happen, but they were numerable and it was not like I was a million dollar home buyer, it was a modest sale of a Condo, however in the end I felt they treated me like a Million Dollar home buyer… this was my first home purchase and thanks to them I will be moving in on Friday. If I ever buy again, these are the people I would go through. Top NOTCH customer service!

Minus one star for lack of communication.
We were waiting to close on our house which was supposed to happen at noon… it didn’t.
Our bank had been going back and for still changing things so we heard just another hour over and over.
At 6pm when the title company usually closes the paperwork was ready to sign our agent stayed late so we could sign and everything went quickly she knew what she was doing and was prepared.

They were indispensable in making this transaction close. Their patience, knowledge, constant communication, and persistence won me over. I now use them for all of me and my partner’s listings and also with our Buyers, if given the choice. Their performance has been top notch at every turn on every transaction.
