This Chipotle has kept cooking the chicken perfectly unlike the other ones that overcook it. I am a diehard Chipotleite, you can trust me!

Technically, this review is for the location at University Village, but I didn’t see that store listed. In any case, I think most folks are familiar with Chipotle by now. What you really need to know is that, given the recent situation with illness outbreaks linked to this chain nationwide, business is down and the lines are really short!(And/or nonexistent!) My burrito today was delicious. The many burritos and bowls I’ve been eating over the last month or so since they opened(I work at U Village) have also been delicious. And you know what? I haven’t gotten sick at all! YOUGUYS I ATETHEREAND I’M STILLALIVE!

I knew eating Chipotle today would be a mistake! I was being hesitant about going since the outbreak but I’ve missed eating chipotle so I had to give it a chance. I’ve never been to this Chipotle and will never be back. This is the worst Chipotle bowl I’ve ever had. My chicken is so burnt I can taste the char even with rice, lettuce, and salsa in my mouth. When the lady was putting lettuce in my bowl I could already tell the lettuce in the bin was black and wilting. When I got home I was definitely correct because my lettuce is pretty much black. I can’t even finish my bowl right now and decided to write a review. Don’t go to this location. Ingredients aren’t fresh and they burn their chicken! There’s a Chipotle at Northgate 10 minutes away.

I visit because it’s a safe place to dine because it’s a chain restaurant. However, it’s just American flavored Mexican food. I would’ve wanted something more authentic, so I’ll probably look for some other options in the future. The restaurant is spacious, so there’s always plenty of seats available and food is prepared just-in-time so there’s no need to wait. Two major advantages.

It’s chipotle, the food is delicious but the staff at this location is EXTREMELY rude. The girls working here give such a bad attitude and just act like they don’t want to be there. If this chipotle is super near by to you then go but if not and there’s another one near by go there instead.

Good food but roll burritos in the worst way. Took one to go and had to make a spoon out of my wrapper. Messy. You don’t eat burritos with a spoon gosh darn it!

The food is good. But my intent of writing this review is about an incident that just happened with me at Chipotle 5 minutes back. I asked for half and half carnitas and steak. This guy making my bowl, grabs some carnitas and throws it in the trash right in front of me so he can add the steak. I was appalled by what he did because he was representing Chipotle and we can see how they care so less about wasting food. For all you know, these guys care squat about the number of people dying of hunger across the world. Absolute disgrace!

A gathering place for hungry UW students where the line is often longer than it takes to eat your actual meal. Be nice to the workers and speak loudly so they can hear your order over the loud(weird) music they play and they just might give you bigger portions. You can usually find a table but a clean one probably isn’t going to happen. Grab a handful of napkins to wipe down your table. Or you know… to take home and add to your stockpile of restaurant napkins.

A full five stars from a vegetarian and a vegan. The food is really tasty and you get a good sized meal for 7 dollars. We have tried the burrito and the bowl, both were excellent. A tasty bargain!

Never had a problem at a chipotle before until today, I ordered a burrito with white rice and the guy who made it used brown rice. I told the person who was next in the assembly line that I had asked for white rice, and she replied with«what, do you want him to REMAKEIT or something?». After that I said, well yes, of that’s ok. She turns to him and says«this guy says he wanted white rice, can you re make this?» And the guy snaps«you ordered brown rice». My girlfriend is standing right next to me and conforms to me that I’m not crazy, I ordered white rice. The kicker is that I have a stomach acid disorder and can’t break down the complex starches in brown rice. I never order it, it makes me sick. I was very clear when I ordered, and the guy who made the mistake and the next girl in the line were super rude. I will probably never come back to this chipotle. It’s one thing to mess up an order, it’s another to try to convince somebody that they ordered something they’re allergic to.

I went here with a classmate once. I asked him if he was hungry. He was like yeah. I asked him how hungry he was. He was like yeah. He ordered two burritos. Finished them off like appetizers. I ordered one burrito. Right hand on burrito, left hand on heart. We’re best friends now. After this chipotle experience, he turned vegan. Like this was his last meal or something. Light 4 outta 5

I love Chipotle, but I can’t say the same about this location. The good news is that the carnitas crisis is over! All locations should be serving this delicious goodness. The bad news is this location’s meager portion of meat. I ordered a carnitas burrito, but it looked like a veggie burrito. Everything was loaded– the lettuce, brown rice, pinto beans, sour cream, fresh salsa, and guacamole — except for the carnitas. I was pretty disappointed, especially since this was my sister’s first time eating at Chipotle. My boyfriend ordered the steak burrito and he had the same problem. All of us went to another Chipotle a couple of days after, and the portions of meat were a lot better. Parking is pretty limited. If possible, try to walk there instead of finding street parking.

Everybody knows Chipotle. They roll a fat, tasty burrito for a reasonable price. This location can get very crowded around mealtimes, but sometimes(like dinnertime last night) they are inexplicably empty. Still, I try to always order online so I can skip to the front when I walk in. Best burrito: Chicken, white rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies. Mild, corn, and hot salsas. Sour cream and cheese. Guacamole costs extra and is unnecessary, as the aforementioned burrito is already a showstopper. Tabasco sauce is available and the perfect accompaniment. Everybody has their own tricks for getting an extra-loaded burrito, the most classic of which revolves around groveling for more of each ingredient individually. I’ll admit, I’ve occasionally felt skimped out on, but really this is almost always more than enough food for a meal.

THISLOCATIONSUCKS. Trust me– I have nothing against other Chipotle locations. Just this one. Do you see all those empty spaces in my steak bowl? I barely finish my bowls from the other locations but after this meal, I ate a full sandwich of JJs for dessert. I went on a Monday night and there was seven people working in the burrito line. This doesn’t include the employee roaming around cleaning. Management should hire less people and give customers more food. If you can’t give me a spoon full of canned corn and a handful of lettuce that I deserve, then no– I’ll rather drive to Bellevue Chipotle than come here.

Good food, good quantity, weird music, decent price. Your typical Chipotle. Service: Like most locations, it depends on the person working, but if you’re polite, they typically won’t mind giving you extra. Interior: Plenty of seating room: even at a busy hour you should most likely be able to find a table. There’s nothing special about this Chipotle, and in this case, that’s a good thing.

Love this place! Well me being bias because I work here! People complain about our portions a lot, trick is you can ask for more servings for free unless you want to add extra meat or guac– that’s when we charge! Don’t be afraid to speak up because when you don’t that is when it will result in a smaller burrito! Us employees don’t bite so make sure to get that extra rice or beans! :-)

It might just be Chipotle, and its true that this one in particular is really busy… But I really like the people at the University Chipotle. They were really nice to me and were very friendly. As Chipotle’s go I really enjoyed my time at this one! Unilocal Tip: Try this place during non rush hour times. It gets really busy during normal lunch hours when school is in session(we’re talking 30 people long lines).

Guys! What’s been going on with the guacamole? It’s been waaayy too salty to the point of being inedible the last few times I went! Considering they charge extra for it, you’d think they’d want to make it at least mildly enjoyable. Other than that, it’s a normal chipotle. They are quite accommodating if you want to ask for extra rice, half chicken/half steak, etc. Gotta get their guac game back though.

Oh, Chipotle. How I have misunderstood you over the years. Can you ever forgive me? I used to write Chipotle off as a cheap fast food restaurant. Nevertheless, I used to grab some of their burritos for lunch in my early college years. This place was all the rage as long ago as my freshman year at UW, so maybe 2008 – 2009? I stopped going because I thought I had found better restaurants. The truth is that this IS one of the better restaurants. Inexpensive, relatively filling, and actually a lot healthier than some of the options out there. Chipotle, we can get along again. They seem to have remodeled in the last few years, because I don’t remember seeing the place so upscale until recently. It’s still very popular; that much hasn’t changed, but the restaurant almost has a classy feel to it now. I wonder what they did. The lights, the tables, the chairs, the menu, everything looks a lot more streamlined now. It’s simply magnificent. I guess they realized that a lot of people like to come here, and so they spiffied the place up. Good for them. The line moves right to left and starts with the choice of burrito that ranges from $ 6.70 to $ 7.40. The rest of the line follows exactly the part of the menu above it. It’s so self-explanatory that it’s foolproof. But what really amazes me is how the workers are able to clear the lines so fast and do it politely while there are probably hundreds of customers during lunch rush who tip minimally. I really admire the work that these people do, and definitely need to come here more often for snacks or for meals.

What more can you say about chipotle? It’s your better than Mcdonalds fast food place. You go through the lines and get all that you want and get your burrito quicker than most fast food places. I just went here for the Boorito event on Halloween. You dress up and get a burrito for $ 3. The line is long but still goes by quickly. You can get a pretty big burrito if you ask for extra rice and extra beans, half and half of two kinds of meat, and all the sides they have to offer. They’ll double wrap it for you if the contents are spilling out. The price is about $ 7.50 after tax and it’s extremely filling. If you get a burrito bowl, make sure to get the tortilla on the side for no extra charge. The chips and guacamole are also really good. I love the hint of lime on the chips and the creaminess of the guacamole. If you need a quick meal and not wanting to eat the ordinary fast food, then definitely give chipotle a try. You won’t be disappointed.
