This service is first rate! Daylee was not only knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with, but went above and beyond in helping me place a relative in an appropriate senior living facility in the Seattle area. It’s a difficult job for a loved one to do and that’s where Concierge Care Advisors step in, evaluate, ask the right questions and make the whole process much easier and more successful in the end. She did a terrific job for me and I cannot recommend this company enough. It is a great service and much appreciated.

What do you do when you 90yo Mom needs immediate placement in an Adult Family Home and you have no clue what to do? Our hospice team recommended several agencies. Of the 3 we contacted, Concierge responded first. Kathy K met with us on Thursday; we visited 3 homes on Friday; signed the contract on Monday and moved Mom on Tuesday. Kathy went to the 3 tours with us and pointed out the pros and cons of each home. She was professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable. We received exceptional services. We would recommend Concierge with no hesitation. They had the best interest of our Mom and us first and foremost. Concierge and Kathy, you rock!

Cheri, my advisor, did a fantastic job in finding a place for me that would take my 100 year old mom with all of her medical needs. She also found adult family homes for me that were willing to take my mom for about 40% less than the usual monthly fees without sacrificing the quality of care. All of this happened after I had searched and searched the Seattle metro area myself without success to find a place that was decent and affordable for my mom. Thank you Concierge Care!
