I want to give them 5 stars, I do. I am really happy there is a self serve fro yo place in Fremont! Its pretty tasty and they have PB sauce which no one else has. BUT, the fro yo isn’t cold enough. Its drippy and comes out in a sloppy mess. They need to change out their flavors too and re-​stock their toppings more often. Other then that, I love it!

This is pretty much your standard make-​it-​yourself froyo shop. If you’re into that sort of thing, you’ll love it. I am a little OCD, so I naturally like places where I’m doing the serving.

They have less fro-​yo options than some other competitors but they SURELY do have way more options for toppings.
What I like about this place is that they go by cup size instead of the weight — which could work well, or not. Although its fro-​yo all came out a bit too melty and less solid/​icy.
Staff is SUPER nice and helpful =)

Went here last night after eating at Blue C Sushi, it was great! I really liked how they didn’t wiegh your yogurt, even though it is self serve, it was priced by the cup size you choose (small was 3.50, i think, but medium and large sizes are also offfered.) lots of great toppings, although they didnt have raspberries. I took strawberries instead and they were equally pleasing as raspberries would have been. Overall great froyo place!

Awesome that fremont has a froyo place now! Good and not too expensive so you can easily stop by any time you want to, especially after eating or going out in fremont for some chill time. The owner is super nice and gave us free waffle cones, and is a really nice guy to just talk to. They are adding an outside vertical sign as well as hot toppings soon! Excited!

Lots of toppings neatly organized in little tubs and containers. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted and ended up with a mishmash of stuff including a few peanut M&M’s, a lone gummy worm, a sliver of Snickers, a spoonful of blackberries, a sprinkling of mochi, and a solitary chocolate-​covered espresso bean. No one judged.
The frozen yogurt is not as good as my first love, Pinkberry, but it’s passable. I think the original tart is best — the fruit flavored ones I had (strawberry kiwi, raspberry pomegranate, huckleberry) had a slightly artificial powder flavor.
I’ll definitely come back.

We LOVE this place! We’re so glad that we live so close. With 2 little kids, it’s easy to go to Coldstone down the street but we all know how unhealthy that can be!
It’s just like the one on top of Queen Anne (forgot the name) but it tastes so much better.

They need a better ambiance so people can come here to relax, chit-​chat, and eat fro-​yo, but besides that, probably the best frozen yogurt I have ever had!

Gummy bears and coffee fro-​yo, slap that ish together! Red hots, candy corn, and brownie fro-​yo crunch? DO IT!

Super friendly owners and staff… Great concept where you help yourself to whatever flavor (s) and topping (s) you desire… Very clean… Great location… Nice atmosphere with lots of vibrant colors and upbeat music… I just moved in around the corner and will no doubt be frequenting this place lots!

It’s like Yogurtland, only better because it’s in my neighborhood! Delicious varities of frozen yogurt (I like to mix them all together) with endless toppings to pile on. (I am willing to admit that if they didn’t have cookie dough, I’d never go back.) The price is right AND they have punchcards! Buy 9, get the 10^th one free.
I think I’m going to have to stop by on my way home.

This is my new favorite place in the Center of the Universe! Love the selection, and the fact that you can add all of your own goodies — simply brilliant! Two big thumbs up! I’ll be visiting this parlor as much as I can, and guilt free too because of all the healthy choices available!

I am so happy that Fremont finally has a froyo place. I am also worried for my own sake as I know that I’m going to be addicted!
Cool Whirled is awesome because it’s self serve so you can add as much yogurt or as many toppings as you’d like! One thing that I really like about this particular location is that there is a sign under each flavor saying if its non-​fat, wheat-​free, etc. This is super helpful as many of us have wheat allergies, dairy allergies, etc, etc. All of the yogurt flavors that I’ve sampled are delicious! Price is 43 cents an ounce.
If you get a punchcard, after your 10^th yogurt, you get one free! The owner is extremely friendly, and it’s nice that you can sample a bunch of flavors if you’re not sure. There is also seating inside, which is nice.
My only recommendation to make it perfect is that it would be nice if they sorted out compostables though, etc, much like how Molly Moon’s has it.

Average.
Pros: Lots of toppings, although some weren’t impressive (skin left on the mango, for example). Not as crowded as Yogurtland. Friendly staff. Décor was cute (loved the white «tree» chairs).
Cons: Every flavour of yogurt that we tried was runny (like it had been left out too long). As mentioned, some of the toppings were a little sketchy — and some weren’t fresh, and most needed restocking (we were there at about 6:30 pm, and were one of two families in the store — it wasn’t busy, so they could’ve been working on that).
We probably won’t go back — better to brave the lines, volume, and parking on Capitol Hill for guaranteed freshness at Yogurtland.

Thumbs way, way up for this frozen yogurt shop! The concept of their self-​serve is awesome! You get a bowl, use a pull-​down ice cream machine to pick a flavor (or two! or three! or four! I’m serious.) and you get to spoon out whatever you want from a library of toppings that you’d see in a small candy shop or Red Mango! Plus, they had labels next to the flavors that said if they were fat free.
I picked a mix of Cookies and Cream, and their Vanilla flavor which was excellent! (They had several other flavors like NY Cheesecake, Coffee, and some others.) I added mochi toppings, fresh blueberries, and strawberries, and yes, they even had chocolate covered espresso beans! :)
They charge you something like 47 cents per ounce and the price was fair for a frozen yogurt shop– I got a nice assortment and my bowl was $ 4.37. They have punch cards and super nice people for staff!
I also give the shop two thumbs up for ambiance :) Colorful; plenty of seating, so it’s not a hole-​in-​the-​wall-​shop.

REALLY good yogurt and toppings — Especially the nonfat cookies n cream yogurt (I didn’t think it would be good but it was) — And the cookie dough topping tastes like real cookie dough, not frozen chunks. Twice as many topping options than the Greenlake yogurt place — A fantastic opportunity to ingest twice the calories.

We’re talking really nice people here, folks. Not some pimply-​faced teenagers who just want to do as little as possible to collect their smarmy $ 8.50 an hour. People who genuinely seem genuinely excited about the product and genuinely happy you chose to buy it from them. Oh! And they have punch cards. Yay!
Great yogurt flavors (try the red velvet chocolate cake – it’s a party in your mouth!), awesome selection of topics, and super customer service. Don’t walk. Run to Cool Whirled! You’ll be so glad you did.

Yum, we love the self serve frozen yogurt places, just happened by Cool Whirled while visiting the Fremont Sunday market. They have 10 flavors, fresh waffle bowls, tons of toppings plus several syrups. I had coffee, chocolate, and Thin Mint with dark chocolate M&Ms, strawberries and chocolate syrup, delicious. They had just opened, we met the owner, Mark, nice friendly people!

Finally, Fremont has its very own self serve frozen yogurt! I went in yesterday on opening day, tasted a bunch of flavors, and got a giant cookies and cream/​vanilla waffle cone with about six different toppings at 43 cents an ounce, comparable to other fro yo places. Really good mochi, by the way. The young couple who owns the place are pleasant and enthusiastic. I will be back again and often.
