My wife and I are in the wedding of some friends who got lessons here; and Linda suggested that they use their last lesson for the bridal party. It was perfect. Linda is an excellent teacher: patient, down-​to-​earth, and very in tune with each student. In an hour I went from doing the typical white-​guy shake to feeling like I could maybe even dance sober. Highly recommended.

Dance classes ar taught by Linda Townsend. The classes are small — nearly private– and a heck of a deal. I’m a student and the six week courses for me and my fiancé are $ 120 for both of us! Can’t say enough about the quality of teaching. We took singletime swing to prepare for our wedding this summer and feel like we are really in good shape! We took our classes at the Dance Undergroud studio in Capitol Hill, which turned out to be a nice and convenient place to go each Sunday.
