Terrible management, never fixed anything we asked for and harassed us with notices every month. Terrible ventilation but a perfectly fine area. They will take your security deposit and fine you with every little thing they can. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IT IS NOT EVEN WORTH LOOKING AT.

Avoid this place at all costs! I lived here for about 13 months, and still do not know how I stayed here this long. While I lived there management changed three times, a gun was fired next door to me from a robbery, crazy people are always in the alley, homeless people are always going through the trash, my car was broken into and totaled because of the damage, mold was growing all over my apartment, and the management never seemed to want to work with me. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Cheap, but you will regret living here. Apartment itself is old and dingy. Two washers and driers (that are often broken) are shared with the entire building, and will cost you $ 4 a wash. Crap management who will avoid you until it’s time to screw you out of your security deposit. Security is awful w/​a joke of security gate — oh, and do some googling for the home invasion robbery that just happened in one of the units. Your car will definitely get burglarized at least once while living here, sitting out there in a shady alley. Please just stay away.
