Super friendly, attentive staff, who ask thoughtful questions to make sure the product is exactly what the customer has in mind. Plus, pretty cheap! I ordered embroidery work, and it was way less than I expected.

Been bad customers services and can’t seem do the job right even with paper work that show exactly what customer order thw try to say that the didn’t make a mistake and they can care less about the people they serve all they want is taking your money or the companys. They are not very professional not sure why anyone would use them. Not sure why are transit company out of everett would use them having more local service near by everett

I ordered 3 shirts on May 5th and have yet to receive them. Today is Sat. May 23rd. Monday being a holiday means the earliest I can receive them is Tues. the 26th.
I live in Gig harbor, 42 mi. from Seattle. They don’t seem to be very efficient.

I have been purchasing personalized shirts and other items for my business as well as a non-​profit from Don’s for a few years now. I love this shirts I get from don’s. Very high quality & the ink doesn’t fade. I have zero reason to ever shop around.

I’m forced to order my uniforms for work through them. They have good quality clothing but I try to avoid clothing made in third world countries. Vietnam is unfortunately a bit better than Chinese made clothing. It would be nice if it didn’t take two weeks to ship a small order. A sizing chart on their website would also be helpful. As their clothing tends to run on the small size. It takes a long time when you have to return clothing.

Twice now we have used Don’s for some apparel we needed to have done. Once was a custom embroidery job on some men’s shirts, and recently a iron on transfer for a t shirt. David helped us both times, and the level of customer service he gave us was so great both times that this is the only place we will come to from now on. He is very helpful with choosing embroidery colors, and helping with proper placement of your logo. Both times the orders were small, but he took care of it as if it was as important as a big order. And the orders were done before expected. What else could you want? We LOVE Don’s Group Attire! Thank you David for all your help.
