The rugs here are gorgeous, true works of art. We had an extremely difficult time picking the right rug for our house. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Sarah and Leelah were extremely patient and professional during the whole process. In the end we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

We’ve been thinking about getting a rug for a long time now and a few months back we headed down to Driscoll Robbins based on a recommendation from some friends.
When we entered the store we were greeted by Leela. We told her what we were looking for, showed her some photos of our space, and within 10 minutes we had picked a rug! The staff were great at opening up and laying out a lot of options to give us a sense of what we had to choose from.
We ended up going with the first rug that Leela showed us.
We arranged for the rug to be delivered to our house the following week to «try out». So cool! After having the rug for a few days we decided to purchase.
Later on Sarah helped us get the rug positioned and a rug pad installed.
Everything about our experience was fantastic. It was a real pleasure. No pressure at all to make a choice and plenty of opportunity to find the perfect fit for our home.
Will definitely recommend to friends and anyone looking for a rug.

Just browsing at Driscoll Robbins is almost as enjoyable as shopping there. The breadth of their selection is remarkable and their space for viewing and choosing between pieces is the best I’ve seen in 30+ years of purchasing. Sarah Nadolny was very focused on our requirements, helped us understand the different types of rugs available and very quickly helped us find the perfect solution to our needs. Fantastic customer focus, great products and a very good value. Wish there were more stores like this!

If you want the kind of hand knotted Oriental rug that will last for hundreds of years and just look better as it ages, (because the best rugs do), this is the place to go. If you don’t mind paying the kind of price that kind of quality demands, this is the place to go. This is a beautiful brick and hardwood floored store with rugs stacked on the floors and hanging on the walls.
There is a caveat to this review. I walked in for an interview for a bookkeeping job. BUT they smiled and said «hello» BEFORE they knew who I was and that’s my customer service litmus test for any retail store. I may give them another star if they give me the job (just kidding) or when I can afford this kind of luxury for my rough and unsophisticated feet (not kidding).
