I cannot say enough about the honesty in dealing with customers. Someone recommended Duncan to me because they only quoted a $ 200 repair when another shop was saying $ 800 was necessary. I took my car assuming my breaks were in need of replacement. I expected to pay something like $ 200-​$ 300. Instead they examined them and told me they had plenty of life left on them. The charge? Absolutely nothing! He even looked over the car for other things that might need repair and did not make anything up just to get paid. I walked out of there with him not accepting any money and being impressed by his integrity.
