I specifically asked for PPG glass to be installed and what I got was FY glass. James than said that it says FY because it was for a ford car. BS. I called him out on his BS but paid him anyways. This guy lied through his teeth. If I asked specifically for PPG I expect PPG not some Chinese brand. FY stands for Fuyao which is based in China. James, next time Id advise you to be honest. I am a car guru not some typical person inn the market which you should have known if I asked you specifically. I don’t need stories. I need what I ask for. If you cant provide that I would have gone to a different installer. That said, I will most likely not use you again due to this fact.
