I’ve had a great experience with Erik thus far. A long list of sports injuries make me a bit of a challenging client, but Erik always has a modification or suggestion to get me the results I’m looking for. The sessions have been fun and leave me the right amount of sore the next day– sore enough to feel like I accomplished something but not so sore that it’s unpleasant. I was surprised to read that someone else had felt pressured to buy more sessions; that was very different from my experience. I’d highly recommend EDGE.

A bit sleazy. For instance, Erik seemed to pressure me to buying more classes even after I repeatedly said no. Not the type of business style I want.

Erik is a knowledgeable and fun trainer! I was getting ready for a hip replacement and Erik helped me build up my upper body so I would have an easier time after surgery. He was always cheerful and pushed me, yet didn’t push beyond my limitations. Always willing to modify an exercise if needed. I would highly recommend him if you need someone to help you before and after surgery.

I love Edge Personal Training! They are friendly, enthusiastic and super knowledgeable. Whenever an exercise causes me the slightest amount of joint pain, my trainer, Margaret, has a more user-​friendly one to replace it with. Whenever I have thoroughly mastered a certain exercise, she has a more difficult variation. I always look forward to working out at Edge and give them my highest recommendation.

Eric is an exceptional trainer. He has a great understanding of physiology; physical therapy and psychology too! He is a task master, but not a macho monster. And he is very entertaining. The hour of training flies by. I have seen great improvement in my physical strength & endurance. Plus I have buff arms now! Not bad for 58! Thanks Edge!

Erik has helped me get back in touch with my love of weight training. He is cautious of my health-​related limitations, and still knows when he can positively challenge me to push a bit harder. Importantly he also tells me when I need to take it easy, as I have a habit of pushing too hard sometimes and injuring myself. I’ve been training for 25 years, in the last nine months, I’ve come to appreciate his philosophy of many reps and lighter weights — no huge muscles in unwanted places for ladies who want to avoid that, but great tone and definition! I love that the weight studio is in the ‘hood, too.

My wife and I have been training with Erik for a few months now. Erik does a great job in balancing both of our needs and goals in designing individual workouts for us, while being able to work out together. Erik’s education also benefits his clients with his ability to explain the benefits of the exercises he recommends and also explain how it can help achieve goals you have set for yourself. I would recommend Erik to anyone trying to kick-​off or re-​energize a fitness plan.

I’ve been working with Erik for six month now and have had great results. When I started, I hadn’t worked out for 5 years. I’m down 30 lbs and in the best shape of my adult life. It’s in a great location and has a great space and vibe. I highly recommend Erik and EDGE!

Been training with Erik for about two months now. I love the location of this place, being close to work, and not too far off of a high traffic street. It’s easy to get to.
Erik really knows his stuff. I never had a hard time being motivated to work out but I never knew what to do when, how often, or even if I was doing it right. Erik makes sure you keep form, keep motivated, and knows when to back off if you are getting overworked.
Highly recommend from me. Great place, great trainer, and from that comes a great workout and results.
