EDL Movers

I hired EDL for a within the same city move. I have a 3 bedroom house which took 2 trips to move with their 24′ truck and 3 guys. The move took just 6 hours. EDL was careful with my stuff and worked fast and professionally. I’d highly recommend EDL.

They were available with less than 24 hour notice. On time, very professional and very fast!

I’ll start with the pros:
1. They were punctual!!!
2. Available for last minute move
3. They asked upon completion of my move if there was anything I needed
Cons:
1. Clock starts when they pull up to your place which I think is crazy considering they have to go over paperwork with you. I think the clock should begin when they begin working
2. Although they pack the truck neatly, they are slow
3. I caught one of the guys kicking my boxes out of the way as if he had no regard for my belongings
4. He told me after they began moving my dresser and nightstand, that they should have been emptied. I’ve never had a mover to mention this and when I said this to George he stated «well it should have been.» DUDE!!! Oh well!
5. My footboard & dresser were damaged in the process of the move. One of the legs on the dresser got cracked. He asked wasn’t that already there? Ummmm, yeah NO!!! The ONLY reason I’m not collecting my money for the damage is because I was tired and just wanted to be done. Otherwise, I always collect my coin

WARNING! Don’t use these movers if you care about breakable stuff. They completely smashed my only Plasma TV then acted as if they bore no responsibility. «It says in the contract we don’t gotta pay you sh! t» pretty much what they said. Unless you want to move all your expensive, heavy crap avoid these movers at all costs.

These guys are awesome! They were on time, professional, efficient, and super fast. I’m so glad I called them. They moved me from the Central District to West Seattle in a little under 4 hours. I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

You cannot do better than EDL movers. They called in advance before their arrival. When they got to my apartment they got right down to work. They always communicated with me, were courteous and very helpful considering I am not the best person when it comes to packing.
They helped set up most of my furniture and Louis even oferred to come back and set up my TV stand free of charge because some of the hardware had been misplaced on a prior move from another state by a different moving co. Unfortunately i had to spring for a new couch because my old couch was to big to fit through the small doors at the new place.
I highly recommend EDL Movers. Moving is stressful but they helped make the experience a lot less stressful for me.

From the moment they walked in my door they were very professional. Immediately came in to assess the situation. I was extremely surprised by the speed and care they had with my belongings. I moved from Everett to Seattle and it was really nice not to have too drive the truck!!! They left my old place cleaner than when they arrived. The unload was even faster!!! I was able to get moved in and unpack all in one day! I didn’t know anyone in town since I am new here I literally could not have moved without you. I will defiantly use your services in the future.
