Emerald City Smoothie

I usually love emerald city smoothie, every time I go to the ones located by my house I never have any complaints. But this one is lacking a lot. The employee didn’t seem to care that I had walked in and continued to watch her show on the tv. Once I ordered she proceeded to watch the tv and even while she was making my drink she continued watching it. That’s fine if want to watch your show all I want is a drink that tastes well, I even tipped her and now I wish I didn’t because my drink tastes awful and and even had two huge chucks of ice the size of my pinky. Still like emerald smoothie I just won’t be coming back to this location.

I sincerely wish that this shop would close, so that a smoothie shop that actually wants to be open when people who want to buy smoothies are there to buy them. Literally every single time I come to this place after the workout, before work, it is closed and its frustrating. There is a serious shortage of a good smoothie and juice places in Seattle and they could make a lot of money if only they were open and marketed themselves appropriately. This shop is directly across from Orange theory fitness, core power yoga, and golds gym. SERIOUSLY. They could make so much money with the right assortment of post work out meals.

Amazing smoothies! Never going back to jamba juice again! love the variety of flavors they have behind the counter and all the muscle building products in front of the counter. Love this joint, can’t stop gushing about it to all my friends outside of Washington.

Winter time is an excellent time to drop in at Emerald Smoothie because they are usually running some type of gift card deal: buy at $ 20. gift card at a $ 25. value; or something like that.
During the spring and summer this place can get pack during lunch hour as students pour out of Seattle Central between classes. Be patient, the line moves fast.

Awesome drinks and friendly staffs. Wish they have more non-​protein drinks like Island breeze and Pacific Splash.

I have a weakness for smoothies and I can usually get my fix here, they have a wide variety of different fruits and treats. You can even add fresh spinach and kale to any smoothie if you’re feeling adventurous as well, it’s a nice boost if you’re looking to get in more veg
The service is really fast at this place, they are really efficient. The only down side that I can think of is that they are a little pricey

Immunity Nectar, great for refreshing your day and rejuvenation. Staff was quick and efficient but in comparison the Jamba, wished there was more fruit variety and some healthy snacks.

Worst service ever! I love Emerald City Smoothies and have been to this location several times. I will no longer go to this location. The employees are so rude and not helpful. Every time I’ve gone in there the employees’ attitude is like they don’t want to be there and it shows. The last time I went there, they had a note saying they’d be back in 5 – 10 minutes as they had to take out the garbage. I wait outside for just a couple minutes and this guy walks by unlocks the door. He sees me waiting outside and as I reach to open the door, he doesn’t say a word but continues to lock the door from the inside. The least he could do is say sorry, I just need a couple minutes to setup or something. But no, not a word when it is obvious I am waiting. He comes out 2 minutes later and sees me standing there and says nothing and doesn’t open the store. I was so upset that I just left. I don’t mind waiting 5 minutes or so as he was working by himself but the blatant ignoring and rude service, I will never go back
if I could give 0 stars, I would. Never go to this location unless you want rude service.

It’s a combination of a GNC and Jamba Juice that is staffed by music store employees.
There is a wide selection of muscle milk and protein powders to supply the entire cast of jersey shore. I am there for the smoothies that taste great. My favorite is the Pineapple Bliss.
I notice there are shots or boosters available but they never asked me if i wanted to add them to my drink. but over-​all good smoothies.

I got a Peach Passion and it was really good. The lady also was nice about warning me they used whey protein when I mentioned being lactose intolerant. She switched it out for soy no problem. I got a good size smoothie, 24oz., for only 4.75 which is a good deal in my opinion. It tasted nice and sweet just the way I expected, but left me full. My partner got some mocha smoothie and mentioned really liking it as well.
I enjoyed their perky helpful barista, fair prices, and delicious drinks.
The space is a bit cramped though and this made me a bit overwhelmed so I will give it a solid 4stars. There is also no place to sit if you wanted to. It is solely a walk up and walk out kinda place.
They also have coupons in Entertainment Book which offer some great discounts.
